About: I have extensive experience working with a variety of dietary and medical needs of cats and dogs. While serving past clients I have worked with senior dogs and cats needing special food prep, and arthritis mobility assistance. With past clients I have administered oral and injected medications while following proper safety standards. My schedule is very flexible, and can fit a variety of care needs. Feel free to message me, and we can work something out. When I'm not taking my own pet out for adventures, I'd love to care for your fur babies! I am detail oriented, and have experience working with escape-prone pets, and keeping them safe. I love working with pets in clean environments, and believe that your pets deserve only the best care.
“We feel so fortunate to have found Sydney! It’s always nerve wracking to leave a pet with a new sitter, but we felt comfortable with Sydney right away - she was communicative, prompt, and so good with our cat! She did a great job with our special requests and it was clear that she really cares about the animals she is working with. We loved the updates and pictures and came home to a cat who had clearly been taken good care of!”

“So grateful Matthew could help watch my place while I was gone. He was conscientious about sending me pics and updates and my neighbor enjoyed his conversation.”

“Melissa cared for our three boy kitties while we were out of town recently. She was very reliable and timely in providing updates on her visits, but most importantly, I could tell she truly enjoys cats - even our shy boy came out and was seeking attention! Would absolutely recommend Melissa and will hire her again in the event we need a cat sitter.”

“J Does a great job with my pup and yesterday was super helpful because she drilled him on his commands and helped get some kongs prepped. J is reliable and communicates well.”

“Justina is fantastic! She has been super responsive and communicative. I feel reassured we found someone who really cares to come look after our pups. Don’t hesitate booking with her!”

“Jessica was great in handling and caring for our Maine Coon male cat who has anxiety issues when we leave town for a while. Communication was excellent including daily photos and an occasional video. Highly recommended!”

About: I have grown up with all kinds of pets and comfortable with dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments. I would love to have the opportunity to care for your beloved pet as if they were my own! I would enjoy taking them for walks or to the park to play and will of course send updates of our fun along the way. I also have experience with senior dogs and dogs that need medications. I often work from home, and if not my office is only 5 minutes away so your pet will have consistent supervision and company! I often work from home, Sunday - Tuesday. On Mondays I work in the office (located 5 min away). I am off and available all day Wednesday-saturday. I have a fenced yard with lots of space for dogs to run and play. I love playing with dogs, taking them on walks/hikes, and to the dog park near by.
“This was our first time hiring a pet sitter, let alone using Rover. We had considered hiring two other sitters previously, but decided against it because of poor communication or no shows. We found Brittaney and it was immediately a breath of fresh air. 🙏 She responded quickly, we were able to book with her last minute, she communicated in friendly, caring, and professional manner. While we were away, she sent us all kinds of pictures, spent time really trying to bond with our cats, and truly made us feel like they were in great hands. Not only is Brittaney excellent at what she does, but you can truly tell she has a passion for loving animals. I’d very much hire Brittaney again, and plan on it when the need arises. 🙏🙏”

“Had great peace of mind that our dog was comfortable and safe with Camille. Dog was fed, let out to the bathroom, had a bit of playtime and everything was as we left it. Thanks again!”

“Danielle is great! She took such good care of my cat, Kali, who had never been left by herself! She also fed my fish, kept their water cool and watered my avocado trees!! Which are thriving! I will definitely use her again!!”

“Rylie was amazing. Took great care of our cats and went above and beyond multiple times. Even got our super shy car to come out and hang. Which has never happened before with a rover . Can tell she really cares about the animals she works with and will 100% book again if they’re available for our next trip.”

“Whitney is incredible! She dropped in to walk our two dogs twice a day while we were out of town. She was very thorough with her check ins and I felt great leaving them in her hands. Would highly recommend Whitney!”

“Sierra was a fantastic sitter to my cats. She was friendly, attentive, responsive & timely and completed all care tasks really well! My cats appeared to enjoy her company too per the update photos! Would recommend & book with Sierra again!”

About: Mother to two four-legged babies, friend to all! Hi there! I’m Faith, a lifelong animal lover and proud cat mama to two sweet girls: Muffins, my 6-year-old orange tabby, and Noralise, my playful American Shorthair. I adopted Muffins when she was 11 months old and Nora at just 2 months, and they’ve been my heart ever since. Before becoming a cat mom, I grew up surrounded by dogs, mostly Beagles and Pit Bulls, so I’m comfortable caring for both small and large breeds. My family’s beloved pit bull, SaSa, lived a long and happy life until age 15/16. I helped care for her throughout her life from 6 months old into her adulthood and then her senior years. I would help her up and down stairs, applying topical creams, warming up kibble with broth, and making sure she stayed comfortable every day. Layla, my red-nosed Pit Bull (you’ll spot her in the Christmas sweater in my photos!), passed in July 2024 at around 10 years old. We shared hundreds of walks, hikes, and car rides, and even the occasional pup cup after vet visits. After her emergency hysterectomy in 2019, I gained valuable hands-on experience giving both topical and oral medications, which I’ve also applied when caring for my cats after they have undergone being spayed, aMuffins dental treatments. From administering flea & tick treatments to preparing raw, dry, or canned meals (plus supplements!), I’ve built strong experience in pet health and daily care. I’m confident in dog walking, safe playtime, and of course, an expert in scratches, snuggles, and making pets feel loved. I truly adore my animals, all animals, and treat every pet I meet as if they were my own. You can trust that your furry friend will be cared for with patience, love, and genuine attention while they’re with me. Im a full time Federal Employee. During most work weeks i’m available around 4:30 pm-8pm. Most weekends my schedule is more opened up for mornings and afternoons. Please message me before booking something M-F if services are needed before 4:30pm. I will do my ultimate best to respond timely! While I do not offer services within my own home for clients. I promise to always respect ones home and belongings. As I would want mine respected. Personally I like to check in on my lazy loafs so I do have in home cameras. If you do too, absolutely no problem at all. For reservations where I am dropping in on a dog or a cat, I would sweep up any tracked litter around the litter box as part of cleaning it out- and with towel or napkins available, wipe doggy paws after outside time if preferred. Again, I would want my own space respected so please communicate with me regarding your needs/expectations.

Brittaney is such a kind, attentive, and caring pet sitter. She handled my fur babies with distinctly different needs and play styles and made sure they both felt loved and cared for in the way that they prefer and sent pictures and videos of their adventures. I would recommend Brittaney for anyone looking for a true animal lover to watch over their fur babies.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
