About: As an animal lover raised in a household with dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, and even a turtle, I have had experience caring for pets since childhood. With my beloved 10-year-old golden retriever named Kona, I've navigated the joys and challenges of both puppy energy and senior pet care, handling various health issues along the way. My experience extends to my two cats, Bessie, the older gentle soul, and Joey, our energetic orange rascal. I understand the importance of trustworthy and compassionate care for furry family members, ensuring they receive love and attention while their humans are away. Rest assured that they will be in good hands, and that you will receive quick and clear communication throughout the process. I have experience administering medication to both dogs and cats, including oral medication, subcutaneous injections, and ear/eye drops. I am available throughout the week for dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting. My schedule is fairly flexible given some advance notice. I am occasionally available for 30 minute (3 mile) runs for an increased rate of $35, which is equal to my hourly walk rate. My approach to pet care centers around creating a secure and nurturing environment for animals within the familiarity of their own homes. I do my best to keep your pets on the same routine that they are accustomed to to ensure the least amount of stress while you are away. This commitment extends beyond feeding and walks; it encompasses building trust with each pet, while ensuring their comfort, security, and happiness. I will make sure to provide regular photo updates and prompt communication regarding any issues that arise - I know how important this is when leaving your pets for an extended time. You can have peace of mind knowing that your companions are in the care of someone dedicated to maintaining their well-being.

11. Shelby T.

12. Hailey L.

13. Sarah H.
“I was very impressed with this pet-sitter, especially considering this was my first experience with Rover. Sarah is kind, professional, and dedicated to excellent service. Our cat is very shy but warmed up quickly to her. Sarah was very attentive to all the special feeding instructions she was given and even made sure to keep the litterbox nice and tidy. The photo updates made us so incredibly happy while we were way from our kitty. Overall, Sarah went above and beyond and surpassed all of our expectations. I'm very grateful and will try booking her again in the future anytime I need a pet-sitter!”
14. Margaret D.
“Thank you, Margaret for your attentive care of our fur babies! We were admittedly a little nervous because we had not used Rover yet for them, nor had we used drop-in visits. It was a quick trip, less than 24-hours and two 60 min drop-ins worked out perfect!. Margaret offered a meet and greet ahead of time to get to know our girls and their needs and routines. She was super sweet and attentive with our dogs. The shy, nervous one had warmed up and was giving her kisses by the second visit. We appreciated the photos and descriptive check-ins, reassuring us our dogs were well taken care of in our absence. We would definitely book Margaret again for similar circumstances.”
15. Lindsey N.
“Lindsey was very sweet and responsive. She came for a quick meet and greet prior to our vacation for a rundown -- which was awesome! This was the first time we returned home from vacation without a nasty search for vomit, pee/poop hunt from our usually anxious kitties! They were obviously loved and cared for while we were gone! Thank you very much!”
16. Alyssa S.
“Words cannot describe how grateful we are to Alyssa. She has helped administer medication(s) to our kitty, Spaghetti, for the past 2+ months. Alyssa is so compassionate, patient, and kind, and we think our usually nervous, skittish girl definitely picked up on that since Alyssa was able to give her all of her meds successfully. Alyssa handled Spaghetti so gently, never once needed to scuff her, and never needed to force her mouth open. Beyond that, she was always communicative, professional, and a joy to get to know/be around. We cannot recommend Alyssa enough!”

18. Elizabeth B.
“Elizabeth was great! My kitties can be very shy at first and she got them out of hiding and playing in her first visit. She was very timely and kept any commitments made. She went above and beyond and cleaned food dishes even though I told her she could leave them in the sink. I will absolutely have her watch my girls again. Thank you Elizabeth!”
19. Nate C.
“My apartment, cats, and litter boxes were in excellent condition after I got back from chicago. Thank you bro 😎”
20. Sophie S.
