Before confirming the booking they asked to meet Violet and I think that is such a great and precautionary measure to take especially since Heather and Roberto watch multiple dogs at a time. Violet is great with other dogs and people so staying here was perfect for her to get some socialization and burn some energy playing with the other doggos. They sent me plenty of pictures and videos which is always appreciated. I will definitely be rebooking in the future!”

When I went to pick Gunner up Jeannine explained that Gunner and her dog destroyed Gunner's bed so she bought him a new one. Not only was it cute but Gunner has been loving it. Melanie and her family are so fantastic with our dog, Fennel. He has stayed in her home twice and both times came home happy and was clearly well loved and well cared for. Melanie is great with communication and sending update photos that clearly show he is having such a good time at Camp Melanie. I would recommend her home without hesitation to anyone I know. Fennel has separation anxiety (and so do I) so going away without him can be hard to do but finding a place that he is comfortable and genuinely seems happy to be boarded has been so wonderful and we feel so lucky to have Melanie’s home as an option for Fennel to have a fun vacation of his own when we go away.
Maddy has taken care of our rambunctious pup for multiple overnight stays and has cared for (and managed!) our pup so well. We really appreciate the daily updates, the transparency about how things are going and what other dogs are there (if any), and the wonderful playmate our pup has enjoyed in Maddy’s dog Amina. We have experienced a number of Rover sitters over the years, and Maddy’s professionalism rises to the top. Thank you Maddy we appreciate you!
Roger and his family cared for my cat for several weeks after she and I moved across the country and they were excellent! Clearly have great hearts for cats (and I suspect for any animal they care for) and were patient and kind with my very anxious girl. She even was purring to them after they earned her trust. She has quickly reacclimated to me and is in great form physically and emotionally. I offer my highest recommendation!
Rose took such great care of our dog while we were away. She sent sweet daily updates and photos, took her on walks, and made us feel totally at ease the entire time. Our dog got along great with her dog and came home happy and relaxed. She was warm, communicative, professional, and clearly really cares about the animals she watches. We’d absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her!
Jami has watched our energetic 3-yr old Husky Shepherd mix, Nori, many times. She basically provides the doggie equivalent of summer sleep away camp and Nori comes back ALL smiles! Jami is an excellent communicator and sends lots of photos/videos which put us at ease when we’re out of town. I’d highly recommend her for any families whose dog’s idea of a good time involves lots of puppy play time!
