About: I’ve been a dog person for as long as I can remember and have cared for countless pets over the years. I previously had a Shepherd/Akita mix and currently share my home with two very loved Shih-Tzus, ages 12 and 6, so I’m comfortable with dogs of different sizes, personalities, energy levels and ages. I work from home, which means your dog gets plenty of attention and companionship throughout the day. My home has a fully fenced backyard and a dog door for pups who enjoy having easy access to the outdoors. I know how important it is to leave your pet with someone who will treat them like family. I’m attentive, dependable and happy to follow your dog’s normal routine so they feel comfortable and at home while you’re away. And, of course, belly rubs are my love language. ❤️ I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so I’m around throughout the day for walks, potty breaks, playtime, meals and plenty of attention. Your pup won’t be spending long stretches of the day alone—I genuinely enjoy having some four-legged company while I work! I have a fully fenced backyard, a dog door for easy outdoor access, and two friendly Shih Tzus who are used to sharing their home. I’m happy to follow your dog’s normal feeding, walking and sleeping routines and will make sure they have a safe, comfortable place to relax. Since I’m home throughout the day, there’s plenty of supervision, attention and, naturally, belly rubs.

I can’t recommend them enough! They took amazing care of Jetson and gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates and photos, which meant so much to me. Amy and Eric took such kind and wonderful care of our very anxious senior dog. They were so attentive to his needs and gave him a lot of affection and playtime. They were very communicative, reliable, and welcoming and provided thoughtful updates and photos on how he was doing which helped put us at ease. Everything went smoothly and our dog was comfortable and well loved! We highly recommend them and will be using them again.
Mara was so great to coordinate with and it’s so clear that she is great with dogs! Our boy is a big goofball who gets a little overwhelmed sometimes, but after just one meet and greet, we knew it would be a great fit for him to stay with Mara while we went out of town. He clearly loved his time there and we enjoy the tired and happy boy!!
