“Susie is amazing! My dog Redford was chilling at her place immediately, and I could tell from all the photos I received that my little guy was having a happy and relaxing time. Such a relief to have someone so caring and communicative taking care of him while I was away. Thanks so much, Susie! See you again soon!”

“Nadine was great! We were coming from out of town and headed to the beach but visited family for a couple days who doesn’t like dogs in the house, so we needed to find a place for our dog for a couple days. Nadine sent pictures everyday to let us know how Milly is doing. She has an amazing backyard and her pets were very friendly with her. Milly isn’t crate trained and Nadine was more than willing to accommodate that and let her sleep in the bed. Will definitely use her again when we come to town!”

“5 stars for Jean. I needed a very late pick up time and she was happy to accomodate. My Maltese Celeste was sitting in Jean's lap on the couch nice an cozy at the end of her stay. ”
“Nancy is so wonderful - a safe and loving temporary home for our very special little guy. We not only felt comfortable knowing Nancy was giving Teddy the best care, but also that they were probably both enjoying each others company while we were away. Teddy came home in one piece and was his same normal, happy self. Thank you so much for opening your home to Teddy, Nancy - we hope for more visits soon!”

“Leslie was flexible given all the craziness going on with flying these days and this was so so appreciated. Bo was very happy in her home and came back happy, healthy, and ready for another stay! Plan to stay again over the holidays!”

“We were nervous in leaving Louie with Kristopher, he hadn’t ever been boarded for that long! Our conversations before drop off put us at ease. Then came the photos and texts from Kris. We could tell Louie was having fun and being treated as one of the family. We won’t hesitate to call on Kris and his family the next time we plan a trip!”

“Samantha and Brian’s family watched our Wheaten Terrier for two weeks. They kept us updated with photos and we knew he was in good hands. Thanks for giving Charlie lots of snuggles while we were away.”

“Jamie and Nicole were the perfect hosts for my sweet Ralph. He was the only pet in their care and got all the love and attention he is used to getting at home. I received sweet updates and pictures everyday. I highly recommend them to care for your pampered pet.”

“Perla had a great time with lots of play! Elizabeth has a nice big home with lots of room to run around both inside and out. Her dog Lilo and Perla got along really well. We'll definitely be a repeat customer.”

“Great experience! Communication was excellent, Liz answered all my questions and did a meet and greet before pups stayed with her. She clearly cares about the dogs and their well-being”

“Bonnie was great with Nemo and me being insecure leaving him somewhere for the first time. He came home happy and tired! I have already booked again. Thanks so much Bonnie :)”

“Our little senior doxie, Rocky, spent 2 weeks with Barbara and we couldn’t be more happy with how it went! Barbara gave him lots of love and cuddles, and they spent some time watching Dodger baseball together. Rocky can’t wait for the next time he can spend time with Barbara 😊”

“Marybeth and family took good care of our dog Toby for a week. I believe Toby had as good a vacation as we did! He got to play with Zoey and keep an eye on the cats. He spent time relaxing on the back deck watching the chickens. Working out the details with Marybeth was easy and she's quick to respond. She's obviously good with animals.”

“Julie is sweet and kind and the animals love her. My senior dog had the best stay with her. Lots of cuddles and a safe warm environment! I will definitely book Julie again and again!”

“I had a wonderful experience boarding my dog with Amanda and Jaime. Amanda was very communicative and friendly. I appreciated the daily updates and photos. It was clear my dog was very well cared for. They were also extremely helpful with accommodating a last minute request! I will certainly continue boarding with them in the future.”

“My 9 month old lab puppy spent her very first night away from our family. Gracie stayed 3 nights with Hannah. She had lots of play time outside with a variety of fur buddies. Each day I received photos of my puppy playing and romping around in their large spacious backyard. Gracie had a great time and I felt very comfortable with leaving her in Hannah’s care. We will definitely use Hannah again!”

“Veronica was great! Our dog Perla is 1 year old and very active and playful. She was kept busy with Veronicas two dogs for 12 days, which Perla seem to enjoy very much. Veronica is very knowledgeable about dogs and very patient. She kept us informed with pictures and videos. We will definitely use Veronica again.”

“The last thing a pet parent wants is to worry about their beloved furry baby while traveling. Hayleigh provided just the right amount of love and care to Dash. I’m so grateful for sitters who truly love dogs and understand dog behaviors. Dash is by no means a problematic dog but he experienced some anxiety with another sitter that I had no choice but to switch sitters mid booking. Hayleigh was a comfort and even arranged to pick him up at previous sitter. I have no doubt she knows what she’s doing. Thank you!”

“Shari was so friendly, reliable, good communication with quick reply to texts and daily updates of my dog. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will be a repeat customer.”

“Sydney was great during an overnight stay with our cat! She was attentive and I could tell she was really looking out for his needs. When he became a bit antisocial and cried during the night, Sydney didn’t hesitate to reach out and see if there was anything else she could do to make him feel comfortable. Her energy definitely aligned with our cat’s and he got along with her great. Thanks Sydney!”

About: My first pet ever was a cat named Tiger who looked more like a cow, white with large black spots. My sister called her Moo Moo Kitty. I was a child then though. As an adult I have done one Drop In Visit for 2 Elder Cats through Wag! I pet them, fed them, gave them fresh water and cleaned their litter boxes. They didn't want to be brushed.

About: I’ve grown up with cats around. I got my first cat at age 8 and he was with me till I was 22. I understand that not all cats like to be loved on and want their space. I have helped administer medication and take care of cat and all animals since childhood. If you need special care instructions I can help and follow them to a T. I now work in the medical field and so I’m comfortable with medication administration of any kind, that being oral, topical, or injectable.

“Kat was fantastic with my cat, forest. She was caring, kind, and communicative. I felt confident the entire time that forest would be well taken care of. I will go back to Kat in the future! Thank you!”

“Christine was great for this first time Rover user. Great communication and pictures, she made the process easy for me overall. I would absolutely use Christine for overnight cat watching!”

“Emily was AMAZING! Updates after each visit. Emily was in constant communication and responded promptly. Our cat, Mo, absolutely loved her. Sybil likes people on her own terms and let Emily pet her which is huge. The cats were well cared for. We will definitely be using Emily again!”

“I had a wonderful experience with Summer checking in and visiting my young and shy kitty Casper! She was always on time or early, and her communication was and is excellent. She sent updates with pictures and videos, and I had total peace of mind knowing Casper was in good hands while I was away. She is so wonderful, she brought little gifts and treats for Casper! I trust and recommend Summer, and I would definitely book her again in the future! 🫶🏼”

About: Before I had my own dog, I helped family and neighbors with overnight care of their dogs for many years. I developed a soft heart for our furry friends. Now that my own pup has passed, I have time and love to give to yours. I work at home and have a flexible schedule. We will have plenty of time for walks and playing. I’m looking forward to meeting your dog. I have a small home with a fenced yard and I live across the street from a lovely park. I will only care for up to 2 dogs at a time so you can be sure your pet gets the care and attention they need.

“With lots of young children attending, our relatives hosting the Christmas Day gathering asked that no guests bring their pets. Rather than leave our little guy by himself for that many hours, we turned to Rover - and Julie came to our rescue! We had done a meet-and-greet previously, so I felt that Django and Aspen would spend most of their time playing and chasing each other, and by all reports that's what they did. I must thank Julie again for taking care of my pup, and on Christmas to boot! I would not hesitate to recommend Julie as a dog-sitter.”

About: I’m a nurse, mother, and animal enthusiast... I enjoy outdoor activities and relaxing nights at home. I’ve lived with cats and dogs my entire adult life and love meeting new fur friends! I am available locally throughout the week and weekend. We have 1 partially blind playful puppy that gets along with most dogs, we also have 1 large playful cat that is good with animals that respect her personal space, and we have a few chickens. I have fostered dogs and cats in the past and understand what it takes to care for an animal that is not your own. I will only watch potty trained pets in my home. I have two school aged daughters part time that love animals and are eager to watch your pets in our home! I am open to taking two dogs if they are well behaved. I work full-time from home, which makes it easy for me to give lots of attention to the animals and walk them during my breaks. I have a fenced backyard and I also have a front yard that is tucked back from road down a long driveway. Dogs that need to be on leash will always be on leash when outside of my fenced yard.
“Dawne, Aaron and Charlie took care of our Cocoa so we could have a nice afternoon out. They sent a few pics to show us she was having a great time! Thanks so much!! We hope to see them again soon!”

“Cathy was absolutely wonderful not only did she take Sheldon into her home he felt it home, but she has a nice patio and she took him out for a walk all for a four hour visit. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She’s a very loving, kind and compassionate individual to get five stars, but I’d give her six if there were six stars available. Thank you, Cathy”

“Ava is an amazing host! This was Dexter's second time with her, although a much shorter stay, Dexter came back home wiped out from all of the playing. I feel very comfortable whenever Dexter's over there playing because I know he's getting love and attention! Highly recommended.”

About: I have compassion and am understanding for animals that is hard to put in to words. I carry empathy towards all living things. I have had several dogs of my own and know how much it means to have someone you can rely on to care for them when you’re away. I am currently at home full time and don’t have plans on that changing anytime soon. I am able to work around your schedule and as needed. I have a few appointments a week but they are only one hour at a time. The rest of my time is free. I tend to take my two dogs to the park every day to play ball or run around (depending on weather sometimes). I would love to bring yours along as well. My dogs are very friendly and know how to give your pets their own space when needed. Please keep in mind that if you need a house/pet sitter, my two dogs would have to come with me as I am single and don’t have anyone to care for them. They are great with other dogs and cats. Fully potty chained. No chewing. Keeping safe distance from other animals, always leashed, never left at home alone, reassurance to help them feel safe in the new environment, treats, nap.
“The girls had a great time with Alex and his family. I loved feeling that they were well taken care of, Alex sent me text and pictures throughout the day to make me feel comfortable leaving my girls. Alex is very friendly and you can tell he loves what he does. Thank you again for taking such good care of them.”

About: I have grown up with both cats and dogs in the house, even one gerbil! Friends, family, and neighbors have relied on me to care for their animals since the age of 12, and I have experience administering medication and feel comfortable with any extra care your pet may require. I am a freelancer and my last contract ended recently. I am appreciating this downtime, which means I have an open schedule to provide care throughout the day for your pets. I would like to meet your pet in their own environment to keep continuity, and am happy to set up a check-in schedule with you for updates about your pet’s day and routine, including pictures if requested.
About: I have been around dogs my whole life! My mother was a dog breeder, meaning I have experience with puppies! I can’t remember a time when we didn’t have a dog in the house growing up, wasn’t till recently that I haven’t had a pet in the home. I’m a single mom to an animal loving 3 year old, who would be my little helper. I currently work in the medical field meaning I’m comfortable administering all kind of medications, whether that be topical, oral, or injectable medications. I have done pet sitting in the past, I have taken care of many kinds of animals, dogs, cats, horses, livestock, you name it I’ve probably taken care of it! I currently work full time, but I am home on evening and weekends, so I’m home starting Friday night to Sunday night to take your pup out as often as possible. During the week I am gone typically 12-14 hours a day, but if your pup is use to that I can make it work to let them out in the morning and then rush back to let them out once I’m home. I live in a duplex with a small fence in area that I can do quick potty breaks and then live close to walking trails for longer outside times. I have a 3 year old daughter who loves to play with animals. I also love close to parks that I can take dogs to if owner is comfortable with me transporting them. I also live close to my sister who has an active dog who loves friends to play with so that is an option if you have a high energy dog that likes friends.
About: *In the Summer if you want me to Pet Sit for you, be willing to accommodate my Husky. He is well trained, tears up nothing, is completely potty trained, gets along with dogs and cats. He may look scary at first but grows on you quick, once you learn he won't hurt you. He has helped me teach other dogs who don't like new dogs how to befriend a stranger. He can easily stay in a room separate from your pets, even a bathroom, he isn't picky, he just likes A/C. I never leave him alone with pets, even if they get along. He enjoys walking with other dogs and makes a great playmate.* Hello I go by Bo, and I'm Your Friendly Neighborhood Dog Whisperer! That's YFNHDW on IG for videos of my walks and Sittings. I have been doing this for 3 years now, mostly on Wag but I'm looking to use mostly Rover now after Wag changed ownership. I have been ranked Top Pet Caregiver for most of my 3 years on Wag, and I'm a Certified Training Provider for Wag as well. I have over 300 (5 Star Reviews) on Wag alone, and many references from my own personal clients as well. I have done close to 20 Sittings now, most of them repeat clients. *Old Profile Post if you care to read it* I'm only 33 so not quite Cesar Millan yet, but I'm getting there and have always been a natural with animals...it's as if I can feel their thoughts:-) I grew up with Cats + Dogs, but as an adult I raised a Red Nose Pitbull from 9 Weeks to 3 Years old all on my own, never neutered him and still he was great with all dogs and humans. I had actually trained him to be my Service Dog. I have been a Wag Walker for 3 going on 4 weeks now, and have already been ranked Top Caregiver and in High Demand...with 37 (5 Star Reviews) so far! (Update: Over 100 Walks and 3 Sittings as of 12/28/24) From Camas to Lake Oswego and Aurora, I have been in some wealthy homes all alone, so I can assure you I'm as Trustworthy as they come :-) Google says Wag is more for Walking and Rover is more for Sitting, so that's why I'm here too now. I'm looking to add Sitting to my Schedule so I can afford to upgrade to a House and start Boarding. (Update: I just got a room in a house in West Linn, I may be able to Board in the near future). P.S. I wear a Body Cam at all times for everyone's safety. I'm a Full-Time Walker/Trainer already, I'm looking to add Sitting to my Schedule so I can afford to upgrade to a house and start Boarding as well :-) Fur Babies won't be left alone longer than 4 hours, 2 hours if requested. I wear a Body Cam at all times for everyone's safety, but I have also already been in many wealthy homes all alone; from Camas, West Linn and Lake Oswego to Aurora. I assure you I'm as Honest and Trustworthy as they come. As far as taking care of your Fur Babies, I will treat them like my own...but with even more caution because I'm responsible for someone else's lol.
About: I’ve have one Doberman that my dad made sure I was apart of the their training and raising. So I pick up poop every week, wash them when they’re dirty, walk them every other day since she’s about 5-6 months old so has a lot of energy. I also take her to vet appointments and I help feed her dinner. I’m very experienced with big dogs and little ones because I have friends and family with dogs that range from chihuahuas to cane corsos/giant schnauzers/Hungarian sheepdog. I can do walks and pet-sit after school. On the weekends I can stay overnight if needed. I’m willing to adjust depending on the situation! A bunch of butt rubs and back scratches! I like to really connect with the dogs so if they prefer silence or tv that’s fine! Also feeding them on time and getting them out to use the bathroom on time helps create that trust and bond! I can play with the dogs to their content since I’m young and have the energy!
About: I've been around animals my entire life. My family has owned dogs since I was about 6 and cats since before I was born. Since I was 15, I have been pet sitting for friends, family, and my neighbors which has given me experience with dogs of different sizes, breeds, ages, personalities, and levels of need. I know that every dogs has its own special needs, and I will always make it my priority to provide attentive, loving, and reliable care. Whether it's daily walks, feeding, playtime, administering basic medications, or simply keeping your pet company, I treat every dog as if they were my own. As a pet owner myself, I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your dog. My goal is to make both you and your pet feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while you are away. I am working part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to spend quality time with the pets in my care. While I will need to leave for a few hours during the day, I make taking care of your pets my priority. On most work days I am able to stop by during my lunch break and check on pets, let them outside, take them for a short walk, and make sure they are comfortable and cared for. Outside of work hours, I will be available to provide plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and companionship to ensure your pet feels happy and well cared for. My goal is always to make pets feel safe and cared for while maintaining their routines as much as possible. When caring for pets in a client's home, I will follow all instructions closely regarding feeding schedules, walks, medications, playtime, basic bathing and grooming and any special needs. I also make sure pets have fresh water, plenty of attention, and a clean environment. I understand that every pet has a different personality and comfort level, so I take the time to get to know them and build trust. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or prefers a calm routine, I adapt my care to meet their needs. I can also provide regular updates and photos so owners feel confident that their pets are happy and well cared for while they are away. I am also willing to do basic home care and cleaning for the client while I am staying in their home.

About: I worked at a vet clinic for 3.5 years but due to life changes I now work at a pet store and petsit to continue to work with animals while I work towards my goal of working in vet med again. I’m reliable with my own transportation and am very knowledgeable in proper pet care. I am communicative, compassionate, and attentive to animals and their needs. I have been my own friends’ and family’s pet sitter for the past 5 years and I treat every animal as if they were my own while in my care. My whole life revolves around animals; I have 4 cats of my own and have fostered 15 animals successfully in the past year, ranging from cats of all ages, dogs, and Guinea pigs. I also work directly with animals at my job and am looking to continue that path. I have multiple rooms in my home to separate the animals in my care if needed, I have access to professional services if an emergency were to arise while also having knowledge of what to look for in with different medical conditions that can be present in animals. I have a good understanding of animal behavior and I understand their needs.
“Nadine was super responsive and flexible when I needed last minute help with walking my dog. Nadine was great at communicating before and during the walk if there were any questions and being patient with my stubborn boy. Highly recommend!”

“Christine was amazing! She was so patient with ozzy from the first time she met him! She took the time to get to know him 🥰 she was timely, caring, and would love to have her with ozzy again!”

“Thank you for taking care of our dogs! We have been looking for someone we can rely on in the coming weeks to help walk our dogs and feel so thankful to have found that someone in you!”

“Emily has been a wonderful and reliable dog walker for our Labrador puppy, with dozens of visits/walks from true baby puppyhood to adolescence. We feel very comfortable with her and she has always been communicative and flexible.”

About: I’ve enjoyed taking care of pets since I was little and going door to door taking dogs on walks and play dates to the park. I am also an owner/parent of a very spoiled cat named Henry and I treat him king as I would to your pets💕 As a former caregiver and activities director for an adult care home I have plenty of patients and skills to keep your pet/pets entertained! I make sure your pets always feel comfortable and welcome in my home. I have experience in many different breeds and personalities of pets. I’ll help groom your pet by brushing them out if needed and ensuring that they are well kept while you are away. Im no working currently so my days are wide open for walks and play dates and even drop byes! I haven’t started college yet so I’m looking to fill my free time with opportunity’s! I have a 750 sqft apartment and the backyard is not fenced in but there are many fenced in parks that I take my friends pets to so they can run out their energy safely l. My cat has have had all his shots up to date and he is usually very relaxed and keeps to himself so no worries about having other pets around. I take my fur baby on walks on his harness and in their stroller daily! I’ve trained my cat to sit and shake and do a few other basic commands! He’s food motivated and if you have a food motivated pet, we could definitely work on that command! I make sure to keep up daily schedules for the pets that have them and ensure they get their medication or vitamins.

“First time using this app. Great experience. Kelly was a huge help! Good communication, flexibility, and even came to meet Shamus before the scheduled walks. Felt full confidence in her to take care of our pup. Easy recommendation.”

“My dog, Cocoa just adores Julie. That's no easy fete as Cocoa can be naughty (she's a puppy) from time to time. Julie is reliable and has great communication with me.”

“Perla had a great time with lots of play! Elizabeth has a nice big home with lots of room to run around both inside and out. Her dog Lilo and Perla got along really well. We'll definitely be a repeat customer.”

Thank you!”

“This was our first time leaving our dog with a sitter in Oregon. We (and Kobe🐾) felt very comfortable from the moment we met Manuel. He was very flexible with our schedule & feeding him his special diet. His family did a great job watching Kobe for a few days. We would book with them again!. We really enjoyed the updates and photos with the kids.”

“Cassandra has been amazing and simply felt like the perfect place for my dog, she sent me updates everyday and she’s honestly a great photographer I have a lot of awesome pictures of Brizzi now haha!”

“From the moment my two dogs met Peter they loved him. He is so good with doggies! The pictures he sent me showed just how happy they were with his family. They were given lots of time, affection, and fun, as well as special attention and grooming. They were with him because I was in the hospital for a medical procedure that went longer then expected. For me Peter's flexibility with my situation and the confidence he inspired made leaving my doggies in his hands in an already stressful time for me a peaceful decision. I would clearly recommend him!”

“Abe did a great job taking care of my challenging little guy and even offered to keep him again in the future. I had no worries while I was out of town and got daily pics and updates. Thanks so much Abe!”

“Amy and family took great care of Ahsoka! We received lots of pictures and videos while we were away, along with updates and comments about how great she was doing, which really helped our peace of mind.”

“Abby was awesome! She has another dog and my puppy LOVED playing. She sent me photos and videos of the dogs playing together and kept me super updated. It was my first time leaving my new puppy and she made it so much easier! Will definitely be using her again.”

“Mara was wonderful! She was very attentive and communicated throughout our pups stay. She is very good with dogs and was very accommodating with our overly hyper young coon hound. I definitely will recommend Mara to friends and family.”
