“Hashi's stay with Shawna and the ladies of Hootie Pups was great, just as his stay before, even though this time was a little eventful, as Hashi managed to get away from their place (no fault of Shawna's). Immediately Shawna and friends alerted both DogVacay and ourselves.They kept us informed and went above and beyond looking for him on the surrounding streets. Within an hour, he was found. Dogvacay was also very responsive and proved themselves to be a great service in this emergency. I don't usually write reviews, but Angelique earned this one. Knowing Missy was not only well cared for but also genuinely loved while I was away gave me real peace of mind. She stayed on top of Missy's medication and treated her like one of her own. I'm very grateful for the excellent care and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
Christy did a great job watching my dog when I had a last minute work trip. She was super friendly and kind, allowing my dog to chew up stuffed animals that she had for her rover guests. My dog was tired and content when I picked her up, so I know she was well taken care of.
Alexis and her kiddos showed my lil doggo so much love and grace. She cared for my pup in the second week of July, when there was still fireworks going off. My dog is super anxious with loud noises, but Alexis had the confidence and experience to comfort my dog while I was away. She sent loads of updates and assured me that my dog was getting very attentive care. Would rebook in a heartbeat!
Damon is the best and I am super grateful for all of his thoughtful care of our dog while we had to leave her for an extended stay. I was a bit nervous to leave her for so long because we had just really gotten her comfortable from the shelter but there was zero need to worry because Damon is fantastic. He has a true connection with dogs and you can tell by all the smiling doggo pics that they are all very much at ease and having a great time with him! Thanks Damon!
We found a second family for our pup! Our Rottweiler is sweet but needs lots of structure and attention. Peter and his family create m the perfect space for dogs to integrate into a new environment. It’s often hard to let go and trust your pet will be happy and safe while you’re away - with this family - there is never a single worry and you can let any anxiety go while you travel.
Myriah is outstanding. We have a dog that gets anxious when we leave her and this was one of the first times our dog had been left outside our home. Myriah was amazing at helping her feel at home. She has a calm approach and her love for animals shines through. We will definitely use Myriah again and appreciate her warm loving approach.
This is our second time boarding our doodle with Stacy for a long period (7-10 days!). She sends daily updates with photos, our dog gets so much attention and he gets to have a bunch of doggy friends to play with while he is there. We have never been worried when he is with her.
