There are cute little touches, like the white board where they write down what your pup needs and a litte treat package at pickup. You can tell Ashley and her mom love dogs! Ringo can be a little anxious in new environments such as while we’re away but Juliann was very understanding and willing to do whatever she could to provide a calm and comfortable environment for Ringo. Should we need a place for Ringo to stay again, I will feel very fortunate if Juliann’s schedule is free and Ringo can stay with her again.”
