“Jennifer and Eric and their two sons were amazing with my nine month old pup! I was so grateful to have a safe loving home for my dog to be at while I was out of town. Thank you again so much for treating her like your own!”

“Everything went so well! My dog loved Barbara’s huge backyard and comfy sofa. I loved the great care my pup got, including a chance to sleep in the big bed. Pictures and updates a couple of times a day let me know all was well. Thank you Barbara!”

“My Fluffy was well taken care of and I was sent pictures while away. I love that Peter is at home all day so my dog that is used to bring with me isn't alone all day.”

“Great communication throughout the stay! We appreciated the pictures and videos through the day to give us the confidence our dogs were receiving the best care. We can’t wait to book with Mersal again! In fact, our dog Laika has been missing her new friends since she’s back home!”

“Dottie took excellent care of my deaf 16-year-old beagle named Brody. She cooked special food for him that he absolutely loved. She sent me photos regularly throughout each day with cute captions that reassured me what good hands he was in. She had a special wonderful and comfortable bed that he likes so much that I am buying one for my Brody! She recommended a new medication for his arthritis that we intend to use. Dottie takes a very special interest in dogs that comes from her heart. I was able to enjoy my trip because I knew my dog was in excellent hands. I highly recommend Dottie!”
“Coco had a wonderful stay with Katie & her family. She enjoyed all the affectionate attention & the great walks. We received lots of sweet pictures. Knowing she was in such a loving home made our trip even better! We really appreciate & thank Katie.”

“Maria is an amazing dog sitter. She watched my dog Ostia while I was on Vacation for a little under two weeks. She really made ger feel at home and was taken on plenty of walks. Maria is so caring and treated Ostia like she was her own.I received photo updates on the daily. I will definitely plan on having Ostia be watched by Maria in the future and would recommend her for petsitting 100%.”

“This was my first experience using a doggie sitter and it went extremely well. Angelique was wonderful, she sent me updates on how my dog was doing and pictures as well! I would definitely use her again, when and if I need someone.”

“We still cannot get over how amazing Saawan and Kangna are! We’ve never felt more comfortable leaving Piggy with anyone ever. The frequent updates and pictures we received were amazing, they went above and beyond, and we felt so reassured that Piggy was in good hands. Honestly, we’re a little hesitant to leave this review, because we want them all to ourself lol, but they are such incredible sitters, we couldn’t recommend them more!”

“Sharon gave our twelve year old Bennett all the love and care he deserves (of course we think he does) plus knowing that we had not left on vacation for years kept in touch with us frequently enough we knew he was doing fine. We would not hesitate to use her again. Highly recommend.”

“Allison was very accommodating with our dog Yoshi who still has a lot of puppy energy. I could tell that Yoshi had a great stay, he came back home calm and very affectionate. I'll definitely reach out to Allison for dog sitting in the future.”

“Kendall was great! She seemed genuinely happy to be taking care of our doggo. Every time she sent a picture he looked like he was smiling. Will be for sure rebooking in the future! Thank you Kendall!”

“I would definitely recommend Odalis and her family to anyone needing pet care! Our black lab is pretty high energy in new spaces and they sent the happiest photos of him enjoying his stay at their home. He came home tired but well kept :)”

“Heather was absolutely wonderful with our dog, Ponyo! She’s a sensitive and a bit (read:very) quirky pup, and I was anxious to leave Ponyo solo with a sitter for the first time after losing her brother earlier this year. Heather was communicative and attuned to Ponyo’s methods of communication. She came back better and happier than we left her. Thank you, Heather!!!”

“Hummus is the happiest when he is with Manisha. The only time my wife and I have a pleasant holiday is when our baby is with the Manisha :) such a sweet family that gives every pupper the best time of their lives! You will not find anyone better.”

“Our pooch felt very comfortable with Yvonne and Sam and their dogs. They walked her daily with their dogs and gave her lots of attention and love. They sent pictures and stories every day to keep us updated. We hope we can use them again!”

“Ron is great with Mima! She is a senior and isn't usually very comfortable staying away from me but every time I take her to Ron's house she walks in without looking back! Leaving her with Ron gives me peace and everytime I pick her up she is happy. :) Whenever we need boarding for Mima, Ron is right at the top of our list! Thank you so much, Ron!!”

“Koby had a great time - got plenty of exercise and interaction with a few other sweet dogs. He got to go to the dog park every day, go on long walks, and play in Jamie’s fun back yard. I received photos and videos of him having fun.”

“As always Shawna and the girls were great with Dante. He was in great shape when I picked him up. He was happy and excited to see me. Shawna was super flexible about me picking him up because my plane was delayed getting back to LA.”

“We feel so lucky to have found Damon to care for our mini Australian Labradoodle, Bruno. We've had one overnight and one full day with him so far, and we’re already booked for a longer nine-night stay—without hesitation. From the start, Damon impressed us with his calm, confident presence and genuine love for dogs. He took the time to understand both our dog’s needs and our concerns—especially my anxiety about leaving Bruno, who’s still young and very much believes he’s a big dog in a smaller body. Damon was incredibly responsive, sending beautiful photo updates and clear communication throughout the stay. You can tell he really pays attention, not just to the dogs, but to the people who love them. Bruno had the best time playing frisbee, going on walks, and socializing with other dogs—including a sweet Great Dane! But Damon managed the dynamic beautifully, making sure every dog felt safe, engaged, and respected. He clearly understands dog behavior and creates a balanced environment where pups of all sizes can thrive. It also meant the world to us that Damon noticed what a special little guy Bruno is. That kind of attentiveness and appreciation speaks volumes. We fully trust Damon and feel at peace knowing Bruno is in such capable, loving hands. We honestly can’t recommend him enough.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Tigard
I have used Stacy two separate occasions to watch my German Short Hair Pointer, Roadie. I know Roadie enjoys his stays with her, she has a large secure backyard and a beautiful big dog, Marge, that helps manage the extra dog energy.. I very much appreciate Stacy keeping me updated and being so flexible- I highly recommend using Stacy and will definitely continue to use her as needed for my boarding needs

Mersal was terrific. The day I was scheduled to drop off Ramona, we had a minor issue that required a vet visit. This not only delayed our drop-off time but also involved Ramona needing medication while she stayed with Mersal. Mersal took it all in stride, provided ongoing updates along with some very sweet pictures, and Ramona made a new friend with Cora, Mersal's dog. This was the first time that Ramona spent any extended time with another dog and it was clear that she and Cora bonded. I definitely recommend Mersal and I plan to use her again in the future.

Debra and her husband were absolutely amazing with our babies. They treated Bill and Athena like their own. We received frequent updates showing just how at home Bill and Athena were, even sleeping in their bed overnight (which they checked with us first on). It was hard for me to get Bill to leave as he loved being with them so much. We are trying to find more trips to go on just so Bill and Athena can go over to Debra's again.

Christy did a great job watching my dog when I had a last minute work trip. She was super friendly and kind, allowing my dog to chew up stuffed animals that she had for her rover guests. My dog was tired and content when I picked her up, so I know she was well taken care of.

Alexis and her kiddos showed my lil doggo so much love and grace. She cared for my pup in the second week of July, when there was still fireworks going off. My dog is super anxious with loud noises, but Alexis had the confidence and experience to comfort my dog while I was away. She sent loads of updates and assured me that my dog was getting very attentive care. Would rebook in a heartbeat!

Damon is the best and I am super grateful for all of his thoughtful care of our dog while we had to leave her for an extended stay. I was a bit nervous to leave her for so long because we had just really gotten her comfortable from the shelter but there was zero need to worry because Damon is fantastic. He has a true connection with dogs and you can tell by all the smiling doggo pics that they are all very much at ease and having a great time with him! Thanks Damon!
