Everyday the dogs get a lovely walk through the park next door; and if it's raining, Dottie has renovated her garage into a temperature controlled doggie play space and lounge. About: If you're a dog lover, you should have dogs, right? I've had dogs all my life and we currently have two small well-behaved dogs, Daisy and Buddy, both under 20 lbs. My 23-year-old son Sam is a co-sitter (I'm primary) and your doggie will receive all the love it can handle! Sam used to volunteer as a dog walker at the Maui Humane Society when we lived on Maui and we spent Saturdays at the pet-a-puppy adoption gathering at the Maui Mall. Animals seem to know we're safe and loving and tend to come to us when they need help. We've rescued a duckling, a Mynah bird, a baby squirrel, a lost kitten, and two adult dogs, caring for them in our homes until appropriately placed or returned to their owners. We also took part in a humpback whale rescue when visiting Maui Feb 2023. I work from home as an instructional designer; my son is an student in animation and is also at home and absolutely adores every animal he ever met. Two responsible adults are here at all times, so this makes it easy to give your fur baby the attention it deserves. Our dogs are indoor dogs and have free roam of our house. We have a large, fenced, dog-friendly backyard for exercise. Our two small friendly dogs can show your dog the ropes. We recommend a visit prior to placement so they can all get acquainted.

About: We lost our 16 year old Lab Zeus 6 months ago and looking to share our love for dogs while waiting to be dog parents again. My wife and I work from home and share pet responsibilities. We have a lot of love to give and share walking, feeding and caring. Fenced yard with room to roam. Nice neighborhood to walk and explore. We have had 2 dogs at this house and never had any issues.

About: i Ihave cared for multiple puppies and senior dogs. My personal dog is socialized and friendly. My two cats are submissive to all dogs and usually do there own thing I’m a stay at home working artist. All dogs I accept , I treat as part of the family . I am available all day to feed, socialize and get fresh air for your dig I feed dogs in seperate areas. Socialize together. And walk together. Let out together or when needed. Our cats avoid dogs but are around. I do not accept agressive dogs. I am able to do training on a moderate basis. Simple commands ; sit, leave, come and go. Get down And bye bye

About: I have owned and trained "difficult breed" dogs, I have a cat or two at a time, I have also owned reptiles and raised rodents. I love our fur family and would love to have your friend over for company!😉 I'm always home (thankfully!) I would have a scedual like this; .5 mile walk morning and evening, mid day outside play, and a warm lap or blanket before bed. Food will be provided as directed or once a day along with open water bar, happy hour all day. I have a fenced yard with lots of grass to roll in. Your best friend can hang by the pool, in the grass, or in the shade. Let's do a weekend sometime!

Maizie is almost two and doesn’t have a lot of experience with day care and being around other dogs. During her stay with H&R there were 3 really sweet doggies there. Maizie learned that other dogs can be friendly and are fun to play with. Heather & Rodrigo took good care of her. She didn’t even look back at us when we dropped her off the second day. Success! Thank you both. We hope to be back!
We used Kelly while visiting the area from out of state, and she was fantastic with our miniature schnauzer. She was able to accommodate us on very short notice, which we really appreciated. Our dog can be a little anxious around other dogs, and even though Kelly was boarding other dogs at the time, she made sure our pup felt safe, comfortable, and never overwhelmed. She also sent us pictures and videos throughout the stay, which gave us great peace of mind. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely book with Kelly again and highly recommend her!
London had a wonderful time with Hanna, Matthew, and his new furry friends! He was clearly having a blast — he was excited to see me at pickup, but also totally torn about leaving all his playmates, which was pretty adorable. He came home happily worn out, which is always the sign of a great day. As a bonus, they’re only 6 minutes from me, which makes drop-off and pickup so easy. I’d absolutely reach out to them again if I need a pet-sitter in the future!
Odalis agreed to watch our dog on short notice so that we could attend a celebration of life for a family member. She and her family took great care of Echo and were flexible with our uncertain pick up time. They had a spacious yard for Echo to play fetch and run around with another dog. We would definitely take Echo back to Odalis.
