About: If you're a dog lover, you should have dogs, right? I've had dogs all my life and we currently have two small well-behaved dogs, Daisy and Buddy, both under 20 lbs. My 23-year-old son Sam is a co-sitter (I'm primary) and your doggie will receive all the love it can handle! Sam used to volunteer as a dog walker at the Maui Humane Society when we lived on Maui and we spent Saturdays at the pet-a-puppy adoption gathering at the Maui Mall. Animals seem to know we're safe and loving and tend to come to us when they need help. We've rescued a duckling, a Mynah bird, a baby squirrel, a lost kitten, and two adult dogs, caring for them in our homes until appropriately placed or returned to their owners. We also took part in a humpback whale rescue when visiting Maui Feb 2023. I work from home as an instructional designer; my son is an student in animation and is also at home and absolutely adores every animal he ever met. Two responsible adults are here at all times, so this makes it easy to give your fur baby the attention it deserves. Our dogs are indoor dogs and have free roam of our house. We have a large, fenced, dog-friendly backyard for exercise. Our two small friendly dogs can show your dog the ropes. We recommend a visit prior to placement so they can all get acquainted.

About: I have grown up with all kinds of pets and comfortable with dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments. I would love to have the opportunity to care for your beloved pet as if they were my own! I would enjoy taking them for walks or to the park to play and will of course send updates of our fun along the way. I also have experience with senior dogs and dogs that need medications. I often work from home, and if not my office is only 5 minutes away so your pet will have consistent supervision and company! I often work from home, Saturday - Tuesday. On Saturdays and Mondays I work in the office (located 5 min away). I am off and available all day Wednesday-Friday. I have a fenced yard with lots of space for dogs to run and play. I love playing with dogs, taking them on walks/hikes, and to the dog park near by.

About: Dog owners for 25 years, we currently do not have one and are seeking dogs to love, walk, and care for! Because we walk every day in the AM and PM, walking your dog would bring us so much joy! We're experienced with dogs from 7 weeks old to senior age, both small and large breeds. Non-shedding dog breeds only please. We work from home and walk in the AM and PM and spend time with them throughout the day. Cheryl is an early riser, Mike stays up late, so we can accommodate both early and late schedules for your dog. If both of us leave, your dog will come with us! We have a fenced yard if your dog wants to play outside but the dog will spend their time with us inside or out. Whatever we're doing, your dog will be there with us. We enjoy hikes, so if your dog is able, we may go hiking. Otherwise, we can walk them to the park in our neighborhood where other dogs often play on a grassy field surrounded by fenced homes. This allows the dogs to safely roam near us (if you are comfortable with them off leash) as we walk and stay near them as they explore.

“I was looking for a opportunity for my year old Sheltie to gain some socialization skills and have play time with other dogs. Dottie has worked out perfectly. Katie goes a couple of times a week and comes home tired and played out. She already knows that when I say "Let's go to Dottie's" to head to the garage door.
