Safety, trust & environment
Your fur babies will fit in as if they are our own. Our daughter is educated on dog safety and is very calm and loving, she knows when to give a dog space if needed. We have a spacious home with 2 living rooms, and we converted our garage into a mancave/dog hangout with tons of dog beds and toys. Our home is spacious enough that if a dog is nervous/scared, we can allow them to have their own space to settle in.

Information Peter R. would like to know about your pet
Please let us know if your dog has any special needs or concerns ahead of time. We ask that your dog is up to date on vaccinations.
A typical day
We wake up around 6:30-7am, let the dogs out to potty, feed breakfast and play in the backyard. We have chill time and hang around the house or go on a walk (depending on the needs of the pups). We let the pups out in the yard every 2 hours. We do take up to 5 pups at a time and typically have drop offs/pickups everyday, so meeting at our house for a meet & greet can be tricky. I like to meet at Dickinson Park in SW Portland or Durham Dog park in Tualatin. If you would like to see photos of our home to know where your pup will be staying, we have them on our profile or you can ask for them and we will send them over. 😊

Pet care experience
My wife, Christina and I have a passion for caring for dogs. We have two pups that we fostered and ended up adopting. We recently moved to Portland from Alaska where my full time hobby was dog sitting. We had multiple families who trusted us with their pets. In our free time we enjoy helping local rescues and fostering pups in need. We treat your fur babies as our own. Our dogs have been around dogs from 4 pounds to 150 pounds and get along great with everyone, even senior dogs. We have been fostering and boarding pups for years now and have experience with all type of dogs. From puppies to senior dogs with medical issues, and even dogs who have behavioral issues.
Reviews

Very nice family. Sent photos and updates. My dog West seemed to fit in and be comfortable. Thank you!

My sweet Pepper was really happy and comfortable right away. It was the first time they watched my dog and I was put at ease right away about it!

Peter and his family were the perfect fit for our puppy! Peter was able to accommodate us at the very last minute and even cared for our puppy while he was experiencing some digestive troubles. We got daily photos of our pup having fun and being treated like part of the family. We would 100% book with Peter again!

Peter and family provided great care for our pup; sending photos regularly and providing lots of love and attention.
