“Veronica took such great care of Henry! She was prompt, communicative and sent lots of photos. I arrived home to a healthy and happy pup! Will definitely be asking her to come sit again!”

About: I’ve had fosters alongside my own pets my entire life, and couldn’t be more of an animal lover! I have an extra soft spot for seniors. I’m pet CPR & first aid certified, and have extensive experience with special needs pets. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. I’d love to do a meet and greet with your babies! I promise I will treat them as if they were my own. I make my own hours and am happy to be flexible when needed! Caring for animals is second nature to me, whether simple or complex. I have dependable transportation and don’t mind driving to you. I’m home full time so can also come for multiple walks in a day, or overnights.

“Bryanna was absolutely wonderful with our fur babies! We got updates regularly and lots of photos. We really appreciated that she asked questions when needed instead of assuming or winging it, and she really put the needs of our pets first. We feel confident leaving the fur babies in her hands and we will be rebooking with her very soon!”

For dogs, I offer gentle, reliable walks to help them stay active and happy. I provide daily cat care and dog visits on a semi-flexible schedule. Morning visits: M,W,TH,F 8:30/9am-9:30am and 9am-9:30am on Saturdays Mid-day visits: Wednesday 10:00–1:30pm Evenings: M,Th,S 6pm - any Unavailable: Tuesdays (Sabbath) & Sundays I do not provide overnight care at this time- sorry! Note: I work full-time, so a little flexibility with visit times is appreciated. I provide pet care only in clients’ homes for two reasons: I want pets to be in the comfort of their familiar environment and I have two cats of my own that are territorial. Your pets’ safety, trust, and well-being are my top priorities, and I want to make sure they feel loved, comfortable, and cared for while following their usual routines.
“Chanel was a great cat and house sitter. She sent me pictures of my cat each day and kept me updated on how she was doing. She left my condo the same way she found it. She was great with communication before, during and after the pet sit. I would recommend Chanel for your pet sitting/house sitting needs.”

“Anastasiya took such good care of our boy while we were out of town! She was super communicative and absolutely set our minds at ease. Would definitely recommend her to take care of your fur babies!”

“Julia was absolutely amazing. I was out of town and couldn't get home for 2 days due to weather and flight changes. Julia was able to come over and watch the dogs for 2 days. Even stayed the night which made it easier for my dogs. She was in constant communication and even sent pics with updates. Couldn't ask for a bettet pet sitter for my 2 dogs. She absolutely went above amd beyond, I don't know what I would have done without her help. As they say 10/10, would highly recommend!”

“I had forgotten to book a pet sitter for an over night event. June more than willing and was very helpful within a weeks time-frame we had to book. June came for a meet and greet prior to taking care of our dog and cat. Everything worked out fantastic, our pets were well cared for by June and I received updates and pictures while we were away. Our home was also kept clean and tidy. My husband and I will definitely book with June again. (In advance) I know how her calendar fills up.”

“Mackenzie was fantastic! She is very responsive, communicative and reliable. She sent a ton of photos and our pets received a lot of love : ) She was so nice to make sure the house was clean when we arrived back. We will have her back again.”

“Tabitha was kind, caring, and loving of our pets! She was very attentive to their personalities and sent us lots of photos, which we always appreciate when away from home. Would 100% recommend Tabitha to anyone!”

“Lindsey was great! He watched my dogs at my house for 5 days and he did an excellent job communicating with us daily, sending pics and updates on the pups. House was clean when we returned. He had good training tips as well. He even covered up our outdoor furniture for us when it started raining, which was much appreciated. I would rebook, dogs seemed very happy with him.”

“Lindsey was such a lifesaver and took a very last minute booking request from me when I needed to go out of town with short notice. We didn't have a chance to meet in person first, but she was very communicative and asked many questions prior to her stay to ensure that she had all of the necessary info to care for my pup. She was very flexible and reliable. When I returned everything was as I left it, and my dog was happy and had clearly been well cared for. Thank you so so much Lindsey!!”

“Heather was the most wonderful sitter! Our dogs were very well cared for and they didn’t seem to miss us much at all lol. Heather was very communicative and loving to our dogs. I already have her booked again! We’re so grateful for her care.”

“Out boys were well taken care of by Allyson for a long weekend trip away! She was easy to communicate with sharing picture updates of our dog's. House was taken care of with no concerns. Will definitely use her in the future!”

“Lucinda took great care of my three cats during the holidays! One of my cats had a life threatening medical emergency last Christmas, so I was nervous to head out of town, but knew each of my cats and my house were in great hands.”

“A pet sitting angel! I was freaking out because of a last minute cancellation from another sitter, but Alex came to my rescue and took over the booking. Turns out that the other sitter cancelling was the best thing that could have happened because Alex is everything I could ever want from a sitter. They were incredibly responsive to my messages, they gave frequent updates throughout the day complete with photos, they administered medication to both my cats, they went above and beyond to even clean up the place while I was away…but most importantly, my boys seemed to absolutely adore them! Absolutely a 10/10 ✨”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Tualatin
Karla came into our household and quickly adapted to our two dogs and fish tanks. There were some hurdles at first to manage the male dog but she took control and by the end of the sit they were good together. She kept on schedule and kept the house in good condition i asked her to do two errands which she completed perfectly. When she left the house was in good condition. I would definitely hire her again in the future.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Anastasiya! She stayed in our home to watch Oliver and Bailey, and it was our first time leaving our dogs with someone so we were of course nervous. Anastasiya was so sweet and kind!! She sent so many photos, cuddled, played, and went on lots of walks. I wasn’t sure where our dogs would choose to sleep, but they ended up snuggling up in her bed! I appreciate how communicative and accommodating she is to any little extra requests. We came home to two happy pups and a very clean house 😊 we will 100% always choose Anastasiya in the future. So so thankful to have found her.

Lily did an AMAZING job taking care of our two huskies and one golden retriever. One of our huskies is older and required medication and a doggie diaper and Lily did an amazing job taking care of them. We came home to our house cleaner than when we left. We got great updates and pictures and she was very responsive whenever we checked in. I highly recommend her and we will definitely be having her watch our dogs again!

Tabitha was absolutely amazing! She was open to meeting before watching my two boys. They loved her right away. I appreciate her communication style and her attention to detail. She went above and beyond. Came home to clean house and she did the laundry even. She’s wonderful and I most definitely hope she’s available when I go out of town again! Thank you for making my trip that much better because I knew my boys were in good hands!

Brayden and Sara were fantastic to work with. They house sat for us for about a week while we were out of town, caring for our three dogs. We’ll be the first to admit our pups aren’t the easiest crew, but Brayden and Sara went out of their way beforehand to learn their routines, quirks, and needs so everything would run smoothly. When a few small issues came up during the stay — which we’d anticipated, knowing our dogs, they let us know right away and handled everything calmly and competently. We never once felt like we had to manage things from afar, and it was a relief to come home to three happy, well cared for dogs and a house left in great shape. We’d absolutely book them again and highly recommend them to anyone with a full house of pets.

Everything went very well with Marc taking care of my Corgi Mix for 5 days while I was gone on vacation. He gave my Corgi a lot of attention and even walked her to the dog park by my place. My Corgi was happy and really love Marc. I highly recommend Marc for you and your pet.
Laura got us out of a bind with a different sitter who cancelled a meet and greet three times. In a bind, we reached out to Laura and she quickly confirmed that she was available. We were not able to do a meet and greet but felt great with the communication back and forth throughout the stay. She left the place clean and our dog had been well snuggled.

I adopted my 2 rescues 8 months ago and have not left them for more than 4 hours. They are anxious, reactive, and require a lot of activity and care. Because of a business trip, I needed in home care for them. Bill stepped in and calmly did the job. He sent many pictures of them playing. My dogs were calm and happy, and were sad to see him leave. This gives me great peace of mind knowing we will have someone we trust providing our sweet pups great care.

This was our first time using Marisa. We appreciated her prompt response when we reached out. She was very personable, on time and asked good questions during our meet and greet. We have two dogs and two cats and they warmed up to her quickly. During her stay, she was very communicative and sent lots of photos, which was great. When we got home, the house was picked up and clean. She did a great job and we would definitely hire her again.

If you're ever unsure of leaving your animals, just leave it to Enya! She is a rockstar and we are so relieved to have found a petsitter that takes care of our babies as her own. Our rescue dog has high anxiety when separated from her humans, and we were nervous leaving her for the first time. She took a few days to warm up but Enya was gentle, patient, and considerate of her space and boundaries. By day two, our dog came around. Our cats absolutely adored her from the start and seemed to get along better for her than they ever have for us! Enya kept us updated on the regular and is quick to respond / shift care as needed. Our place was left exactly as she found it, and she even went above and beyond to make our animals' spots around the house even cozier. No need to look further, Enya is your girl!

Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Tualatin walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Tualatin maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Tualatin choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
