Our dog immediately took to her and was very comfortable. Our kitten is a kitten and needed some time which is normal. Heather followed our provided instructions and was kind enough to keep us updated and available when we checked in on the pets. Heather also left a follow-up note behind stating how both pets did and kept the house as it was. I am fully prepared to follow any specific home rules your dog is used to, and I can easily crate your dog for sleeping or down-time if requested.
