About: I was in doggy-daycare for a short time and that job gave me a lot of experience in handling dogs in a confined setting plus managing multiple different routines. I now walk dogs part-time as well as do "almost overnights" where I walk, feed, and/or spend time with dogs and cats for up to two hours. I am hoping to fill out my days by adding appointments to both the early mornings and late afternoons (after 2 or 3pm). I am able to adjust my job hours to accommodate regular, either daily or weekly, appointments given two weeks to start. I am not available before 11am on Tuesdays due to personal reasons. I understand that your home is also your pet's home - it's their safe place. I try to respect their boundaries and adhere to their routines to make them feel as comfortable as possible while you're gone. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
