My name is Shelby and I would love to watch your dog(s), cat(s), horse(s), fish or any other furry or non furry pet you may have! I have a considerable amount of experience with cats; I’ve been fostering cats and kittens for 9+ years and started a non-profit that helps kittens with critical and special needs. Is your dog/cat diabetic or on oral medication? No problem! I have experience administering insulin and oral medications to both cats and dogs and I don’t charge extra for these services. I do not charge extra for bringing in mail, watering plants, or bringing garbage bins to the curb/bringing them in. I understand that when I care for pets in your home I am also helping maintain your home the way you would.

Shelby was absolutely wonderful! She took such great care of our dog and cat while we were away, and we came home to two very happy pets. Not only did she handle all of their care exactly as we asked, but she truly went above and beyond. She took our dog on walks to the dog park so he could get extra exercise and have some fun, and she made sure our cat got plenty of playtime and activity too. It was clear she really cared about making sure they were happy, not just checking off a list of tasks. Shelby was reliable, thoughtful, and communicated well throughout our trip, which gave us so much peace of mind. We’d happily book with her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pets like they’re her own.
Shelby is a wonderful care provider! She reduced stress for Tilly on the 4th and spent extra time with her outside to help her calm. She provides excellent care, administers medicine twice a day, and follows the requested routine. She is Tilly’s top preference for care. Thanks for everything, Shelby!

I was so impressed with Shelby's patience and dedication to taking care of and getting to know our cat while we were out of town. Our senior girl takes a very long time to warm up to new people, but she went above and beyond to bond with her and make her feel comfortable. Shelby took her time with building trust and trying out new ways to attempt getting our cat to take her pills twice a day. We so appreciate her time and effort!

Schedule
Pet-sitting is my full time job. I run a kitten rescue which means I often have tiny kittens that need round the clock care. Pet-sitting allows me to arrange my schedule around their needs.
