“Sara was an absolute treasure. I always am clear that cameras are everywhere in my house. I can tell you these things as facts as I witnessed them: - Sara is warm and loving. My dogs are big and sometimes scare others, but are gentle giants. Sara was sweet and offered lots of love and cuddles. - Sara actually uses all her precious time to PLAY with your pets. I have had sitters that mindlessly scroll and just sit on their phone. Not Sara. She even tried to have my grumpy senior boy play, and got him to wag his tail and join in on the fun. So sweet!! - Sara is not only on time, but early. Many times I’ve had late sitters and my babies are on a schedule. Always breaks my heart when I am away. Not with Sara! She was eager to help. - she provided pictures and updates! She even asked if we had any treats for the fur babes. The consideration and care is next level… I will use no one else. This visit she went above and beyond when we had a tech issue and our cat’s auto feeder got disconnected. We had to ask her to restart the system, download an app, and get everything re-connected to our accounts but she did it all happily for us within minutes! She saved the day!
Alina was so great! At the last minute my husband and I realized that we wouldn’t have cell service while we were camping when Alina would be taking care of our cats. Since this was the first time Alina was sitting for us AND it was in our new home where we weren’t completely sure how easy it would be for a new person to navigate it (or how the cats would do with us gone for the first time), we were worried about not being available for Alina to contact and update us. We asked if she could communicate with my mom instead since we have a satellite communicator with my mom and she could relay messages to us. Despite all those complications (including our cat Romeo needing oral medication twice a day), everything went really well. Alina handled the last minute changes easily, communicated thoroughly with my mom, helped us feel at ease and when we came home our cats seemed relaxed and happy. We’re grateful for Alina’s care!
Very responsive both prior to our booking and during. Succinct but detailed notes and daily batch of photos. I could see the bond develop between Stacy and our cat. She (Stacy, not the cat) was accommodating and nice about my adding a few other tasks too throughout the week. I already booked her again!
Gretchen not only took the best care of my baby, but is so considerate and loving. She updated me every day twice a day with pictures, a note and if he went to the bathroom or ate or not. She did litter box scoops, and followed everything to the T! I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER. SHE IS THE FREAKING BEST. Even wanted to meet my cat beforehand to make sure it was a good fit.

I recently hired Dannielle to take care of my cat while I was away, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the initial meeting, it was clear that Danielle is not only knowledgeable about cat care but also genuinely loves cats. She took the time during the meet and greet to understand our cat Humphrey's needs, and instructions on food and litter. Mainly I could tell Dannielle took the time to relate and and respond to Humphrey's personality. She was genuinely interested in our guy, and making him feel comfortable. Communication Throughout the booking process, Dannielle was prompt and clear in communication, answering all my questions and providing updates during the stay. I appreciated the daily photos, videos and messages, which reassured me that my cat was happy and well-cared for. Care Quality Dannielle gave excellent care to Humphrey while we were gone. I could tell from the videos how much he was enjoying his time with her- which was important to me knowing that he was receiving love. Dannielle not only fed him- but also played a TON with him- he had a blast! I am good at cuddles but these videos helped me realize I should be playing with him more often throughout the day too. He also received tons of pets from her, and enjoyed her brushing his hair. A great balance of play and relaxation- working with what the cat needs. Overall Experience I returned home to a happy and relaxed cat, which is the best indicator of a successful pet sitting experience. I highly recommend Dannielle to anyone looking for a reliable and caring cat sitter. She is dependable and trustworthy. I will definitely be booking her again for my next trip!
