I’m a lifelong animal lover and owner! I have taken care of animals since I was 10 and currently have 3 kitties of my own. I’ve had dogs and cats in my family for the majority of my life, as well as other pets like fish, guinea pigs and reptiles. I studied conservation biology in college & have lots of animal education with that, it’s a passion of mine to understand animal behavior. I have specialized experience with cats, such as wound care, medication administration, multi-cat households, and dealing with anxious or other difficult behaviors. My oldest cat has gone through some expensive medical treatment which I nursed her through. I would also love to care for your dogs & am very comfortable with them! I’ve lived with dogs of all sizes and temperaments throughout my life, with varying needs and have experience giving them medication as well. House Sitting: My rates for house sitting are for overnight, from around 6pm-8am, with a mid-day potty break. I usually have other drop ins & walks during the day. If they need additional care during the day or near 24/7 care, please reach out to me to discuss. :) My 24/7 care is double the price of what is listed on my profile.

I do my best to adapt to your pets natural life & go about business as usual. I like to do a meet & greet with all pets to make sure it is a good fit for everyone & get a sense of what their normal looks like. If there are any specific needs your pet has or little quirks please let me know.

We love having Emma take care of Stella! She was so patient with our very shy/easily scared dog and was proactive with coming up with solutions to get her outside to do her business. Stella doesn’t come around easily to new people but Emma made it happen and we can’t recommend her enough!
Emma was so fantastic! She took such good care of our kitties while we were away. She took great photos and gave us very detailed updates, it was really helpful. She was also very accommodating with our schedule and was really great about any changes we needed to make. I would recommend her to anyone 1000000/5 stars!

Emma was amazing. She was not only professional and punctual, but she followed all our instructions perfectly. She was great with our boy, and he loved getting to hang out with her and go on walks. We will be booking with Emma again in the future!

Schedule
I’m work on my own schedule remotely, so I am very flexible for care & can work around your schedule most of the time. If there are specific drop in times you prefer, I am happy to accommodate if my schedule allows!

- Please let know of special needs & requirements your pets have or even just quirks that might be helpful for me to know. I’m happy to accommodate specific requests you might have! Reactive & Aggressive Dogs: I do not watch aggressive dogs as I don’t feel comfortable to handle. I do watch reactive dogs within reason & if I feel I am equipped to handle the situation. I do have some experience with reactive dogs but need to know the full scope of the behavior in order to make sure I can keep your dog, myself & others safe.
