“Jessica was great in handling and caring for our Maine Coon male cat who has anxiety issues when we leave town for a while. Communication was excellent including daily photos and an occasional video. Highly recommended!”

“We are extremely grateful for Kelly's help! Our kitties had a great time with her. Kelly sent us photo and video updates. We could relax having complete peace of mind and knowing that our furry babies are in good hands! Thank you, Kelly!!!”
“Madeline provided stop-in visits to feed and check on our cat, Phoebe. She arrived for our meet-and-greet on time, asked lots of thoughtful questions, and was very accommodating to her preferred schedule! While we were gone, she provided super thorough updates, which included keeping track of her food and water intake. Overall, Madeline was very thorough, knowledgable, thoughtful, and trustworthy, and we would absolutely hire her again in a heartbeat!”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and abilities. Before transitioning to pet care, I worked as a Medical Assistant in Urgent Care and Dermatology, where I developed strong attention to detail and a compassionate approach to caregiving. Since I was 10 years old, family, friends, and neighbors have trusted me to care for their pets. While I love all dogs, rescue dogs hold a special place in my heart. Whether it’s walks, drop-in visits, or overnight stays, I treat every dog like my own and prioritize their comfort, safety, and happiness. ✨ Serving the SW Portland area- located in Multnomah Village but I’m willing to travel ✨ Flexible scheduling ✨ Reliable & attentive care ✨ Accepting new clients I’m looking forward to meeting your adorable pups! I’m currently pet sitting full time, so I can be flexible to meet your pet’s needs day or night. I’m even available on short notice. I have a flexible schedule for walks, drop-ins, and house sitting. I can accommodate morning, midday, and afternoon visits. I am willing to work with your schedule 😊 Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I take time to understand your dog’s routine, behavior, and any specific needs to ensure consistency while you’re away. In your home, I’m respectful of your space, keep things clean and organized, and follow all instructions carefully. I’m attentive on walks, aware of surroundings, and always prioritize safe handling. You can expect regular updates and photos so you feel confident your pet is in good hands. American Red Cross Cat and Dog First Aid Certified.
“Lucinda was great! I had a bit of an unusual care situation going on while I was gone this time, but I appreciated her updates and would definitely book with her again.”

“I could not begin to tell you how wonderful it was to have Susan & Ian look after the furballs while i had surgery and after when I was at home recuperating.. Punctual, followed directions, loved the photos, loved that you had time to play with them! I was especially thankful for you coming over while I was home. I couldn't have taken care of them by myself. I believe they miss you, now. Thank you!”

About: I was crowned the neighbor dog sitter at a very early age. By eight years old I was knocking on doors asking if I could take my neighbors dogs on a walk. I have always loved taking care of animals, and have gained a lot of experience with different species over the years such as cats, dogs, and maybe more. I am currently a student working part time and attending classes online. I live a very active lifestyle so taking your furry friend on a walk or run is my favorite part of the day! I typically work 4 days a week, but I am able to let your fur baby out on my lunch as well as getting a long walk in before and after my shift. It is my first priority to make your pet as comfortable as possible while you are away. I will make sure to follow any sort of rules or special instructions you may provide.
“Vaitiary and Adam were great! Our cat seemed to be well taken care of and our house was just how we left it. They responded very quickly to any messages and provided some great photos of our cat while we were gone :)”

About: My life has been full of dogs of different sizes and temperaments. I have managed aggressive Rottweilers and carried tired English bulldogs. What dogs provide is unadulterated love and my goal is to make sure that your dog gets a tailored experience. Safety is key and flexibility is my mantra, nothing matters more than each pet getting the fullest out of their time with me. Monday through Thursday I am flexible to manage walks from 11-1 and full attention to my pets after 4pm. Friday through Sunday I am completely open to provide care. Care is tailored to each pet based on information provided by their owner. I will control as many factors as I can such as cleanliness, eyes on play, and proper walking distends from unknown animals. I treat every interaction as a fresh start and make sure animals in my care get the attention the need and deserve.
About: I want your pet to feel like they're with a friend, so I go out of my way to build their trust and ensure they have a positive experience. Though not currently a pet owner, I've had several pets throughout my life and have volunteered for both the Humane Society and a wildlife hospital, where I gained experience with administering care and medicine to animals. I'm semi-retired, so have the time and flexibility to do things that I love-and one of the things I love most is spending time with animals! I take extra care with pets to "meet them where they are," which means paying attention to their cues and adjusting my approach to ensure they feel safe. My goal is to build their trust and make sure they feel safe and cared for.

“Maya was so sweet and patient with our nutty dogs. They were obviously well cared for, and she kept us up to date every day with their activities and meals. I highly recommend Maya as a dog sitter!”

Available for part-time, flexible scheduling with availability on varying and rotating days each week. Able to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening care as needed, with advance notice preferred for optimal scheduling. About: Hi! I’m Erika. I have lived in the Cedar Mill/Beaverton area my entire life — except for college… GO DUCKS! I truly believe pets thrive on love, attention, and companionship. They deserve to feel safe, cared for, and loved while you’re away, and when you need someone to provide that kind of care, I’m your person. As I look ahead toward the next chapter of my life, I’m excited to spend more time doing what I love most: caring for animals, being outdoors, and staying active through walking and running. First step is a meet & greet, so we can discuss their routine, walks, feeding schedule, medications, home entry instructions, procedures/protocols, and the best way to care for them, etc... It also helps ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe before services begin. I’m responsible, caring, respectful, dependable, and a strong communicator. During my visits or walks, I’ll communicate by sending texts and photos. I also have experience caring for senior pets and understand the extra patience, gentleness, and consistency they need. Additionally, I’m comfortable administering dog eye drops, including maintaining strict medication schedules when needed. Need help getting your pet to a grooming appointment or a routine vet visit? I’m happy to assist with that too! I’m also happy to assist with brushing and light grooming needs. I don't take dogs over 100lbs, aggressive dogs, or dogs that do not have basic training. I work mainly with dogs, but can feed cats if needed. Because I work from home most of the week, I have the flexibility and availability to accommodate many pet care needs and schedules. I’m often available for walks, drop-ins, companionship, and extra attention throughout the day. I live a quiet lifestyle and do not have many outside commitments, which allows me to dedicate reliable time, attention, and consistency to the pets in my care. I am not afraid of the rain; I actually enjoy it! I strive to maintain a safe and dependable environment while your pet is in my care. I make sure to have your veterinarian’s information and emergency contact details readily available at all times. I also ensure your home is left exactly as it was when I arrived. My goal is to keep everything clean, tidy, organized, and secure while providing the best possible care for your pet. I am aware of my surroundings and no not take risks.

About: I’ve taken care of and grown up with dogs my whole life, and I have on of my own now! I also have a lot of energy so the dogs and I get along great. I just moved here and work part time, so I have plenty of spare time to hang out with pets! Weekdays look best for me but I may have spare weekends. I treat them as I would my own dog, with lots of love and care and attention. Everyone’s babies are important and deserve proper care.
About: I have over 8 years of pet-sitting experience and have cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and activity levels. My experience includes caring for young puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with special medical and mobility needs, including back and hip problems, vision impairment, and proprioceptive ataxia. As a medical student, I am highly attentive to detail and comfortable monitoring pets for changes in behavior, mobility, appetite, and overall well-being. I understand the importance of maintaining routines, administering medications when needed, and adapting care to each dog’s unique needs. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime, extra patience, or specialized support, I will provide safe, compassionate, and reliable care while treating them like my own. I am currently in my clinical year of medical school, which gives me a structured and predictable schedule. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, with walks and check-ins scheduled before clinic, after clinic, and on my days off. I am highly organized and committed to providing dependable, consistent care, keeping pet owners updated with photos and messages so they can feel confident their pets are well cared for while they are away. The safety and well-being of your pet are always my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, preferences, and any medical or behavioral needs before providing care. Whether I am stopping by for a walk, check-in visit, or overnight stay, I strive to maintain a calm, familiar environment that helps pets feel comfortable and secure. I have experience caring for puppies, senior pets, and animals with medical conditions, so I understand the importance of closely following feeding schedules, medication instructions, exercise restrictions, and safety precautions. I treat every home with respect and every pet as if they were my own, providing reliable care, plenty of affection, and regular updates for owners.
About: I have been a dog owner for 15years. Growing up I was never able to have a dog so it was very important to me when I moved out on my own to have one! I have had two dogs in my adult life and it’s been wonderful having them as part of my family. I found the app Rover and thought it would be fun to help people with their dogs. I’m happy to stop by to walk and play with your dogs! Let me know how I can help! My schedule is wide open at the moment as I’m not currently working, so I’m pretty much available any time. Let me know what works for you! Keeping your dog safe and entertained is my top priority. I will make sure when out for a walk that they are watched and close by at all times.
“Ashley was so wonderful and communicative! It’s taken a while to find someone that I’ve been completely comfortable with, and I can now say that I have! I didn’t worry at all on my trip, which is such an amazing feeling. My boys are happy, and she took such wonderful care of them and my plants. I couldn’t be more satisfied!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Beaverton
This was the best possible first experience with Rover! Elizabeth and her kiddos were amazing. They loved on my fur babies, sent photos and updates. My pets were in absolute heaven the entire time. I came home to happy animals and my home exactly as it was. Which is a blessing! I absolutely would hire her every time!

Kelsey did an amazing job with my dog! I was out of town for 5 days and needed a sitter to come let my dog Belle out a couple times each day. Kelsey stayed in great communication throughout the whole time and Belle LOVED her! Kelsey did everything that was needed plus she even tidied up each visit! I will definitely be using Kelsey again the next time I need a sitter!

Adriana once again exceeded our expectations with the care of our beloved old boy Cheese. She was very attentive and very communicative the entire week we were away. Not once did we feel as if we were not able to reach out; Adriana was always on top of her messages and was always a text or phone call away. Our Cheesy boy was very happy and it almost seems like he didn’t even miss us with how much attention Adriana gave him!! Will ALWAYS book with Adriana moving forward.

Mary Anne did a great job caring for our pets! We have two exuberant pitbulls that needed to be cared for during a weekend getaway. We were getting ready to board them in a kennel environment (which we have never done) when a friend thankfully recommended Mary Anne. She came by multiple times to let them go potty and also gave them treats and lick pads. She sent notifications and pics every time she stopped by so knew they were in good hands. I can’t say enough good things about her and highly recommend!

Alyssa has been an amazing regular sitter for my pets!! My pets clearly love her - my dog doesn’t ask just any visitor to play fetch, and my cat usually doesn’t like being around strangers at all when they’re at my house, but both my pets took a shine to Alyssa within her first couple visits! The photos she sends of the pets are also adorable. She is incredibly communicative, flexible, and easy to work with. I highly, highly recommend Alyssa!

You can absolutely tell that Haley loves animals, and she has been amazing with my dog, Buster! It has been a huge relief to know that he is getting a walk and some loving attention while I am away, and I really appreciate the great photos and little updates! I would absolutely recommend Haley, without hesitation!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
