“She was awesome with Newt, my 7 mo old kitten and Lola, my 10 year old parrot ♥️ I really appreciate how well she cared for them while we were gone. She was extremely communicative and put our minds at ease as it was our first time booking a pet sitter”

“Elizabeth was a great sitter. Our cats were well cared for and when things came up, Elizabeth was quick to notify us and resolve the situation. Would definitely book Elizabeth again!”

“Alicia is the best! She is so patient and kind. We have a very reactive dog and she came back week after week to work with him and to earn his trust to hopefully build up to overnight stays. I cannot recommend her highly enough!”

“Madeline provided stop-in visits to feed and check on our cat, Phoebe. She arrived for our meet-and-greet on time, asked lots of thoughtful questions, and was very accommodating to her preferred schedule! While we were gone, she provided super thorough updates, which included keeping track of her food and water intake. Overall, Madeline was very thorough, knowledgable, thoughtful, and trustworthy, and we would absolutely hire her again in a heartbeat!”

“Olivander is great! He is very patient with my Dalmatian, who sometimes has a tough time adjusting to new people. He also takes the time to work on training, which is awesome! Definitely recommend him for your dog or other pets!”

“Vanessa was a very good sitter, she made sure to visit with the dogs beforehand and made sure they were comfortable. She sent many pictures and videos of the happy pups which gave me peace of mind!”

“Tessa is the best! I have a 120 lb pit bull mix with some dog behavioral issues. She was attentive, caring, and safe with my dog. My dog was so excited to see her every visit and did amazing in all her walks and dog interactions because of her talents. I can’t thank her enough for her videos, photos, and personal written updates. Can’t wait until I can ask for her expertise again!”

About: At the age of 16 years old I started working at a veterinarian clinic making appointments, cleaning, walking, playing, and setting up for surgeries for spay/neuter I am currently working part-time doordashing so I can make my own hours so I have a very flexible schedule to play with your pups I have a fully fenced yard with a doggie door and a dumb outside to keep your pups dry. I also have a very friendly 10-year-old Labrador mix! There is a dog friendly park behind my house!
“Tori is the real deal. We have complicated care routines for our pets and she followed every single instruction without missing a beat. Tori did it flawlessly. You could tell she genuinely cared, not just going through the motions. We came home to happy, relaxed animals. She's the only sitter we'll request from now on.”
About: I do walks, check-ins, and house sits. My day job is writing, which leaves my schedule wide open to accommodate yours. I will care for your fluffy monster as if they were my own and am committed to doing my best. I am a writer working on my debut novel. Writing can be done anywhere at any time, which makes my schedule very open and flexible. I have one very big, very orange, very fluffy kitty who loves to meow at me. He's 10 years old, and apart from being a little slower than he was as a kitten, he has no health problems. I make sure he has multiple places to sharpen his claws and jump around to keep himself active. I also make sure he has toys, but he tends to like my hair ties better for some reason. I'll give him treats when I brush out his long fur, and snuggles when he asks for them. In your home, I will listen to the needs of your pets and do my best to accommodate them. While I’ve never owned a dog, I have been dog-sitting and walking for friends for years. I’ve really been enjoying the additional exercise dogs bring me, and would like to continue spending more time with them.
“Taz is an excellent choice for a cat sitter. She ensured seamless communications and attached pictures of our kitty. We would defininitey ask her again to be our cat sitter.”

“Hannah is our go to sitter! She is absolutely the best and our cat loves her. She always goes above and beyond and has great communication. We highly recommend her!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Aloha
Kelly was super-communicative, helpful, and easy to work with. I was coordinating pet care for my elderly parent and she made everything easy to work with. Loved her daily update, and she even watered the plants as we were gone over a week. Our dog and cat loved her visits. Thank you, Kelly!

Megan was great with Hugo! She arrived consistently and on time for his walks and was very sweet with him! She followed my directions, and I feel comfortable with her taking care of my puppy. She sent me many pictures and reports on how he was doing. She communicated with my daughter as well who was nearby while I was gone. I really appreciate her help.

Maria has been a joy to work with and we are so happy we’ve found her. She is always on time, very kind and friendly, and goes above and beyond for us. Our two pups love her and can’t wait to see her when she comes. Maria will run around and play with them in the yard, or let them chase the water to get their energy out. She helps tidy up the area our pups are staying in and she even helps train our girls. She gives us pace and mind when we’re not home and we can’t thank her enough for everything that she does. Maria is our go to for all dog care moving forward. You’d be lucky to have her.

Tiffany is amazing with my girls. Her upbeat energy and firm boundaries provide such peace of mind for me. Tiffany comes to let my girls out while I work at night and receiving photos and videos are a highlight for me, gives me peace of mind while I am working. She is such a caring person and I really feel she is looking after my girls.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Aloha with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
