My experience includes working with professional groomers in San Francisco, animal shelters, and animal hospitals, so I’ve met just about every kind of personality you can imagine. Energetic puppies? Seniors that need a little extra patience? Anxious or reactive? I got you. And while I’m caring for your pup, I take care of your home too. I’ll water your plants, bring in packages, keep things tidy, and make sure your home is looked after while you’re away. Before I leave, I’m also happy to put the bed sheets in the wash so you can come home to a fresh, clean space. Most importantly, your dog gets love, attention, walks, playtime, and companionship, and you get regular updates and the peace of mind of knowing they’re in good hands. About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I have experience with many different breeds of dogs and seniors. I have been known to refer to, as well as treat dogs like my own children. If you choose me to hang out with your dog I will treat them like my own best friend. I also have some experience with cats. Mostly just the basics; feeding, playing, and cleaning/changing out the litter box. I take and follow instructions very well, and if you invite me into your home to take care of your pet I will respect your space and your belongings. I recently moved to Oregon with my partner for his job. My schedule is wide open to take on both regular and one time clients. I will follow all instructions left to care for your pet. It’s very hard for me to leave my dog so I understand the trust that is placed in me to take care of your animal while you’re away. I can send updates and pictures if you’d like. At this moment I can’t bring animals into my home but that could change in the future.

About: I've been dog sitting for friends and family for over 7 years. I love dogs and love going on walks with them! I have experience with nervous dogs and higher energy dogs, I've dog-sat rescues, 1-year-olds with their bouncing off the walls, and seniors. I help my mom with in-home child care during the week from Monday to Thursday but I have free time outside of that. I usually can start the day by 7am but will start moving earlier if the dog needs it! I have a smaller fenced backyard with some dog neighbors. We have some guinea pigs in our home but they're upstairs in an elevated cage with a gate at the bottom of the stairs. The neighborhood has a variety of routes I can go on of different lengths to fit your dog's needs.
About: I have always loved animals. I grew up with dogs and cats of all different breeds, personalities, and sizes! Currently I do not live with any animals. However, I have years of experience helping my mother with our German Shepard, Pitbull mix, Golden Retriever, and our little Pug/Chihuahua mix. Andrea and Don were wonderful! They walked my dog Scout 3 days while we were out of town. My sister was staying with Scout but she is unable to walk him due to mobility issues. Andrea and Don came on time and walked Scout the amount of time we had requested. Couldn't be happier with how kind and considerate they are.

we recently adopted our dog, Sunny, a GSD mix. since Erika has looked after my kitties in the past, i reached out to her to check on Sunny a couple of times last week, because i had a week jam packed with several lengthy final exams. Erika stopped by the day before the first walk to meet & greet with Sunny, and Sunny was completely disarmed within 30 mins. by the end of the visit, she was napping with her head in Erika’s lap. even though Sunny was scheduled for walks (and despite her positive behavior during their initial meet-up), Sunny had her own agenda and wasn’t agreeable to going on walks when the time came. she was anxious about a newer person without me around, and this made her more stubborn and standoffish. Erika adapted and still spent some time with Sunny. she recognized her boundaries and had more of a drop-in visit instead. this still gave Sunny a break from her crate to go potty and do whatever she needed to do. i’m planning to schedule some time soon for us to walk together to help Sunny build more trust with Erika.
Jennifer is incredible. An actual professional. She always walks my dog a few minutes longer than scheduled when in the past I’ve had walkers not reach the allotted time frame. She contacted me days in advance to find out what precautions she can take to keep my dog hydrated in safe in the extreme heat and made sure to find a shaded walking path for her. My dog LOVES her!! And so do I!
Wendi went ABOVE and BEYOND for my Quinn. She met with me before the date so that Quinn could meet her and while Quinn is normally a one woman pup (me) she went to Wendi immediately and began bringing Wendi her toys to share. That has literally never happened before. Wendi also was flexible when my times needed to be adjusted. She communicated with me about how the drop ins and walks went and sent pictures. She also wrote a lovely note and created a water color of my Quinn. (not AI, she actually painted it) I highly recommend Wendi! I know my daughter plans to use her when she needs a dog walker/sitter next.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
