About: I grew up in the country with many dogs in the family. My parents bred and showed champion Afghan Hounds as well as boarded other breeds of dogs. I have raised and cared for many amazing dogs, cats, horses, goats, rabbits, salamanders and a gold fish named Charlie. My absolute love for all animals and my special bond with my 18 year old rescue, Fez, lead me to managing a local doggy daycare and boarding facility. I learned so much about all kinds of breeds and mixes, puppies and seniors, managing medications, nutrition, play time, and their beautiful personalities. What a wonderful experience that was! My deep love for dogs, hiking, the outdoors and the Oregon weather makes dog walking a true pleasure for me. I can take dogs to Forest Park or just around the neighborhood sidewalks and trails. I have a very flexible schedule and I am happy to take walks, pop in for a visit or look after in your home while you are away. I'm looking forward to meeting you and your best friend and taking great care of them. I have a very flexible schedule and can work around your routine. I love getting out there in the mornings but I am also happily available for walks in the afternoons and evenings until 7:00pm. Safety is the number one priority period. I have a very calming demeanor and can sense what my pet partner is feeling in their environment. My eyes and ears will be focused on your pet and our safety at all times inside or outside, staying 5 steps ahead with their care.

About: I've owned and worked with animals my entire life! Anything from Mice and bugs to horses and dogs. I've worked at barns and as a dog trainer, even as far as being a grooming assistant at dog shows. I have experience caring for sick, chronically ill and senior animals as well, and am used to routine ear cleanings and pill-givings. I'm currently in school full-time and my classes vary Monday through Thursday. But don't fret! I still have plenty of time to care for your fur babies before and after classes. While I do not currently offer in-home boarding, I am fully capable of providing fun and consistent care for your furry friend in your humble abode. I've done many house visits over the years, ranging from hamsters to ponies!

About: Our family has a cat named Yuanbao — she’s like a little princess with a proud and sassy personality! We all adore her, and she’s currently being cared for by my sister. I’ve also helped take care of my friends’ dogs, including Chubby the corgi and Youhi the shiba. They’re both very well-trained, and I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved when I’m with them. Being around animals brings me so much joy — I find caring for them calming and rewarding. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or just quiet companionship, I love making sure every pet feels happy and cared for. I especially adore Frenchies and hope to have one of my own someday! 🐾 Since I have a 9-to-5 job during the week, I’m mostly available on weekends and holidays. I love spending my free time outdoors or with animals, so taking care of pets during those times is something I genuinely enjoy. I prefer taking care of pets in their own home, as I enjoy feeding them, playing with them, and keeping them comfortable in a familiar environment

“Bethany was awesome me and my husband were going to be away on A trip our Dog Booker was staying home with our parents but they weren’t going to be able to give him the required exercise he needed so we figured we would give a dog walker a go! About: I have two dogs of my own, one of which has had some serious health issues and food allergies and the other has struggled with reactivity. I have also cared for my family’s dogs since I was 16! I do agility training with both my dogs and have extensive experience in handling high energy herding dogs, sensitive dogs who need space, and being aware of dogs’ individual needs. I am in the middle of a career transition and only working part time right now. I love dogs and need some additional movement and pup play time in my life! I work from home, self-employed, with a flexible schedule and am seeking dog walking and drop in visits to fill gaps in my schedule. Typically I have availability from late morning after dropping my kids off at school and can be available anytime into the evening! I pay attention to each dog’s individual temperaments. I know that each dog has different needs for space, affection, movement, etc. I am familiar with different breeds and their energy levels. I believe in positive reinforcement training only and I aim to treat dogs gently and respectfully. If a dog is struggling, I look for why and try to figure out what they need to be successful instead of getting frustrated with them.

My first dog was a Chinese Crusted named "Simpson", 3 guinea pigs named "Peanut", "Kenny", & "Little One", & now a 3 yr old cat named "Ginger"! Through many years of pet care (not including my own) from taking care of my families pets, i've learned each pet has their own personalities and deserves to feel understood! Help staying in routine, being a passionate dog walker, providing endless attention/play time, ensuring safety, clear communion/updates & administrating medication are some of my priorities. I would love to care & hangout with your little or big fuzzy friends. I'm a hairstylist in the Beaverton, OR area which means I have a very open and flexible schedule. I don't have set structured schedule and can align my time/day with pet care. I dont currently provide pet care in my own due to having a cat and other people in the household. I need to respect their boundaries since my cat is very anxious around other animals. I do take house calls or extended house stays. I will follow all rules, expectations, & care in your home with respect. Light house work will be done if needed to keep your space tidy and the way you left it.
