About: I have loved animals my whole life and have experience caring for a variety of pets including dogs, chickens, guinea pigs, and fish. Recently, I have been volunteering at the PIMA animal shelter, taking dogs out for the day! I’ve been pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbors since middle school, which has given me lots of hands-on experience with different pet personalities and needs. I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I make sure every pet gets plenty of attention, playtime, and care so they feel happy and relaxed. About: Since the age of 10, I have taken care of birds, dogs, cats, a turtle, some frogs, and horses. I worked as an assistant stable manager at the LA Equestrian Center, I spent a summer volunteering at the National Aviary, and I have also done training on my own pets, (parakeets and puppies). I love taking care of animals and discovering their individual quirks and personalities. It is important to me that they feel comforted by me, and that people can count on me to take good care of their pets. About: I grew up in the country with many dogs in the family. My parents bred and showed champion Afghan Hounds as well as boarded other breeds of dogs. I have raised and cared for many amazing dogs, cats, horses, goats, rabbits, salamanders and a gold fish named Charlie. My absolute love for all animals and my special bond with my 18 year old rescue, Fez, lead me to managing a local doggy daycare and boarding facility. I learned so much about all kinds of breeds and mixes, puppies and seniors, managing medications, nutrition, play time, and their beautiful personalities. What a wonderful experience that was! My deep love for dogs, hiking, the outdoors and the Oregon weather makes dog walking a true pleasure for me. I can take dogs to Forest Park or just around the neighborhood sidewalks and trails. I have a very flexible schedule and I am happy to take walks, pop in for a visit or look after in your home while you are away. I'm looking forward to meeting you and your best friend and taking great care of them. I have a very flexible schedule and can work around your routine. I love getting out there in the mornings but I am also happily available for walks in the afternoons and evenings until 7:00pm. Safety is the number one priority period. I have a very calming demeanor and can sense what my pet partner is feeling in their environment. My eyes and ears will be focused on your pet and our safety at all times inside or outside, staying 5 steps ahead with their care.

About: I've owned, loved and cared for dogs (and cats) for most of my life, from dachshunds to labs. I'm very active and get a lot of joy out of walking dogs on or off leash. I'm happy walking dogs or running with them - whatever you prefer. I'm very reliable for drop-ins to give your dogs whatever they need - food, water, exercise, and attention - while you’re away. I'm recently retired which gives me a great deal of schedule flexibility. I don't mind getting up early for walks as I'm a morning person. I like a days notice for scheduling walks - that's about it! I've literally walked and thrown balls for various dogs I've owned hundreds if not thousands of times. I've always taken good care of them as I love dogs, and I'll treat yours like I treated mine.

About: Howdy! My entire life I’ve had cats (call me a cat lady) and I am also no stranger to dogs. I had two dogs growing up, and also had a husky until about a year and a half ago! Back home my cats are now older, and from a young age I learned to care for kittens and now senior cats. Last year I adopted a senior kitty with some health issues, so I’m well versed in cleaning up after accidental messes, giving meds and supplements, and lots of cuddles and care! I also recently took care of a sweet dog with a leg injury and can change bandages and clean wounds :) I work full time but have flexible hours so I can do drop-ins, walks, play time, or full pet sitting while you’re away. I love spending time with furry friends and get some belly rubs or purrs and head butts, so rest assured that your pets will be in good hands! I’m new to Rover, so my previous experience has been with particular bookings. I’m happy to discuss more about my experience to make you feel the most comfortable you can! Lastly, I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, so I can easily accommodate to the language of your preference. I work full-time but I have a flexible schedule and sometimes can also work from home. Depending on the time of year, I might have to work longer days than others. Extremely long days are very rare though, and usually I have time during the day to take off for a drop in visit or other responsibilities. I have a car so I can easily commute from work and home to your place for a check-in, play time, or a walk! The most important thing for me, besides a good introduction with your pet, is to follow your routine. If your cat is most comfortable with a specific blanket folded over their bed, then I will fold the blanket over the bed. If your dog feels safe walking over route A but not route B, then we will walk through route A. Providing sitting services at your home should make your pet as comfortable as they feel with you, so having instructions (especially with sick, senior, or special needs pets) is very important for me so I can make sure I’m creating a safe and stress-free space for them, you, and myself. I’ll play with any toys and enrichment available, lounge with them, cuddle and give pets, talk to them (talkative cats are the beeeest). I’m also very respectful of your house rules and will follow any instructions you give me. Your space and your privacy are a priority of mine and I want you to feel comfortable with me in your home. I’m happy to do phone check ins and updates while you’re away too!

About: I’m a huge advocate for animal rights and I recently fostered two sweet and loving kitties. I love spending time and socializing with dogs and cats, and I want to do something with animal conservation in the future! I’m a full time student but am looking to dog sit, dog walk, and cat sit. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all ages- I’ve raised a puppy as well as taken care of my childhood dog into old age (he passed at 17). I’ve done lots of pet sitting and house sitting, whether it be drop-ins or overnight stays. I’ve yet to meet a dog who I don’t love! I work part-time in my family’s business and have a very flexible schedule. I’m a college student home for summer break, so I have loads of free time! Whatever your needs are, I can make it work! If your dog has a more specific routine, that’s great. If it’s more relaxed, that’s also great! I am very adaptable. I do well with reading body language of dogs (my pup is a little feisty)! I am able to walk long distances, play active games, and more.

About: While I am new to professional pet sitting, I am a quick learner and have always had a genuine love for them. I am flexible and committed to giving your pet the most wonderful care :) Im currently working part time, but get my schedule 3 weeks in advance, so I know my days off and times. About: I’ve had pets throughout my life, and all our friends do too. Although we don’t have any right now, I understand the kind of care and responsibility that comes with providing exceptional pet care. I’m a home health nurse who works remotely full-time from home. I have ample time during the day for potty breaks and walks whenever necessary. I thoroughly enjoy stepping outside for some much-needed fresh air. We don’t have a fenced backyard, but we do have a decent-sized yard in the back and front. We live in a lovely neighborhood with a big park within a five-minute walking distance, offering plenty of opportunities for pleasant strolls. While on walks, we prefer to keep our dogs on leashes for safety reasons. We have two girls, one aged 6 years old and the other is 15 years old. Our kids are very good with animals and have been around them their entire lives. Our youngest daughter is particularly good with dogs. She’s very gentle and old enough to understand the dogs’ boundaries based on their signs. She’s also a great companion if your dog needs exercise; she can play all day! We’re excited about the prospect of providing a loving, safe, and caring home for your dog while you’re away.
