About: I want your pet to feel like they're with a friend, so I go out of my way to build their trust and ensure they have a positive experience. Though not currently a pet owner, I've had several pets throughout my life and have volunteered for both the Humane Society and a wildlife hospital, where I gained experience with administering care and medicine to animals. I'm semi-retired, so have the time and flexibility to do things that I love-and one of the things I love most is spending time with animals! As an adult I have experience with leash/dog reactive dogs, super high energy puppies, done overnights for dogs with separation anxiety. I also have experience training my own dogs and really enjoy it. I am stay at home mom with both my kids in school so I have free time especially in the mornings after school drop off. I am very careful with other people's property. There should be no signs that I've in your home except for well loved, exercised and happy pets.

About: If you're a dog lover, you should have dogs, right? I've had dogs all my life and we currently have two small well-behaved dogs, Daisy and Buddy, both under 20 lbs. My 23-year-old son Sam is a co-sitter (I'm primary) and your doggie will receive all the love it can handle! Sam used to volunteer as a dog walker at the Maui Humane Society when we lived on Maui and we spent Saturdays at the pet-a-puppy adoption gathering at the Maui Mall. Animals seem to know we're safe and loving and tend to come to us when they need help. We've rescued a duckling, a Mynah bird, a baby squirrel, a lost kitten, and two adult dogs, caring for them in our homes until appropriately placed or returned to their owners. We also took part in a humpback whale rescue when visiting Maui Feb 2023. I work from home as an instructional designer; my son is an student in animation and is also at home and absolutely adores every animal he ever met. Two responsible adults are here at all times, so this makes it easy to give your fur baby the attention it deserves. Our dogs are indoor dogs and have free roam of our house. We have a large, fenced, dog-friendly backyard for exercise. Our two small friendly dogs can show your dog the ropes. We recommend a visit prior to placement so they can all get acquainted.

About: I grew up in the country with many dogs in the family. My parents bred and showed champion Afghan Hounds as well as boarded other breeds of dogs. I have raised and cared for many amazing dogs, cats, horses, goats, rabbits, salamanders and a gold fish named Charlie. My absolute love for all animals and my special bond with my 18 year old rescue, Fez, lead me to managing a local doggy daycare and boarding facility. I typically will be gone no more than 4 hours at a time. If I am gone more than 6 hours I will let you know, but this is not typical. About: I’ve had a love for animals my whole life, I’ve had cats and dogs since I was born and currently have 5 pets at home! (2 dogs 3 cats) I have been house sitting my pets for a few years while my parents go out of town, and have also helped a few family friends with their pets. I have dealt with untrained dogs, high maintenance dogs, seniors, puppies, and urinary issues. I’m currently working part-time from 5-9pm. Before then, I will have all day to tend to your pets and let them out for some exercise and potty breaks. When I do run errands, I am never gone for more than 3 hours at a time. For dog walking, I am able to walk however far your dog needs to ensure they get the right amount of exercise. For sitting, I will make sure your pet gets let out for potty breaks and the proper amount of care during the day, whether it is a walk or a small training exercise. For drop in visits, I will tend to whatever your pet needs during that visit.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all ages- I’ve raised a puppy as well as taken care of my childhood dog into old age (he passed at 17). About: Hi there! We’re lifelong dog lovers with over 18 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Our home is full of love — we currently have three dogs of our own, including two “foster fails” that completely stole our hearts. We also continue to foster whenever needed because caring for animals has always been something we’re passionate about. Over the years, we realized that even dogs with wonderful homes sometimes need extra love and care while their families are away. That’s why we decided to open our home to boarding and pet care through Rover — so your pets can feel safe, comfortable, and treated like family while you’re gone. We understand how important trust is when leaving your pet in someone else’s care, and we pride ourselves on creating a warm, calm, and loving environment. Whether your pup loves playtime, cuddles, walks, or simply relaxing on the couch, we tailor our care to their individual needs and routines. Your dog won’t just be watched — they’ll be welcomed into our family. 🐶💕 My partner and I both work part-time schedules, which allows us to be very flexible and available throughout the week, especially full-time on weekends. We intentionally alternate our schedules so that someone is almost always home with our pets — and yours! Because of this, your pet will receive plenty of attention, companionship, potty breaks, playtime, and care throughout the day. We’re rarely away from home for more than 2–4 hours at a time, so frequent potty breaks, feeding schedules, medication routines, and consistent affection are never an issue. We understand how important it is for pets to feel comfortable, supervised, and loved while their owners are away, and we work hard to create a calm, safe, family-style environment where they can feel right at home. We provide a safe, loving, and structured environment where pets are treated like family. Our home is pet-friendly, clean, and closely supervised throughout the day since one of us is almost always home. We have experience caring for dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and routines, including foster dogs and rescue animals. We are happy to accommodate feeding schedules, medications, crate training, and special care instructions if needed. Pets will receive frequent potty breaks, exercise, playtime, affection, and a comfortable place to relax. We also prioritize slow introductions and monitoring to ensure all pets feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free while in our care.
