“We had Allison stay in our home for a week with our 4.5 month old puppy while we were out of town. She went above and beyond with his care. She always made sure he got enough exercise and took him on fun walks and adventures. She worked on some of his training with him too. He was better walking on his leash when we got home so we greatly appreciate the work Allison did with him. When she wasn’t able to stay at our house with him, she took him places with her, including her own home because he needed constant supervision and supervision and didn’t want him in his crate for too many hours at a time. She sent daily videos, pictures and texts with updates. She was very communicative and responsive. When we arrived home, we discovered a nice handwritten note with flowers, photo magnets of pictures she took of our puppy, and chewy toys for him too. We were very nervous initially to leave him with someone but Allison came over for a meet and greet and she let us come to her home to see how our puppy would do with her dog. She quickly put our minds at ease so we could enjoy our vacation and not worry about how our puppy was doing. Our puppy loves her and we were very happy with the care and attention she provided him. We will definitely be using her again.”

About: I really enjoy spending time with animals especially dogs it's hard to find a dog I don't like so what I think you'd like most is that it as long as I'm enjoying it I'm pretty sure your dogs will enjoy it too, and I'm a very responsible pet owner myself. I've had dogs in my life since as far back as I can remember, when I was a child my father trained a German Shepherd mix how to count he could count up to 10 however many fingers you held up he would bark that many times. in my younger teens I had a paper route and my dog as a child learned my whole paper route and would follow me to do the Sunday paper. My current dog is a boxer mix and I trained him to work as a service animal just last year although he's no longer on duty he's one of the best dogs I've ever known. In addition to providing Services on rover I have spent a volunteer for the Marion County Dog Shelter for the last year mainly as a foster adoption ambassador. Dog care is all I do it is my main job I'm just finishing my certification in dog behaviorism I intend to train and care for dogs the rest of my life I live on a corner a lot with a large fenced yard I have a chihuahua, A husky who loves to play with everybody And I have a mini Australian Shepherd She is mainly a ball chaser.

Turns out that the other sitter cancelling was the best thing that could have happened because Alex is everything I could ever want from a sitter. They were incredibly responsive to my messages, they gave frequent updates throughout the day complete with photos, they administered medication to both my cats, they went above and beyond to even clean up the place while I was away…but most importantly, my boys seemed to absolutely adore them! About: Since I’ve been working from home, I’ve become pretty sedentary. I was contemplating getting a gym membership, when I realized that I could walk cute fluffy dogs instead! So, here I am! I had a little white fluffy Maltese for fourteen years named Henry. I lost him due to complications with old age a couple of years ago, and have been too heartbroken to get another dog since. I have a TON of experience with little dogs because of him. I also regularly walk and babysit my friend's and family's pets, so I have many years of experience with different sizes and breeds of dogs. I'm currently WFH with a flexible schedule, so I can adapt my daily or weekly routine to dog-walking or housesitting with ease. I would LOVE to get my steps in, or cuddle with a floof, or housesit somewhere I don't reside and take advantage of trying different restaurants. I don't currently have any pets, so this is my way of getting to pet cute fluffy animals and get paid to do it! Pretty sweet bargain. I have a deep love for dogs and cats and a respect for their preferences, personalities, and autonomy. Care for pets is different, depending on the animal and the pet parents. My sister has three cats. One of them wants nothing to do with humans, and one needs constant attention and pets and cuddles. So, one gets left alone when I babysit and one gets lots of cuddles. One former client of mine had an old dog that liked to be left alone, but didn't want to be alone in the house. So I stayed around the house and didn't bother them much. A different former client had a puppy who wanted to go explore and go for long walks and sniff everything in sight. So that's what we did. It's different for every pet, every family, every household. I'm flexible, and enthusiastic, and hold the belief that while pets are only a small part of our world, to them, we are their whole world. They deserve to have their needs met, and to feel good about the interloper invading their space. I treat every animal with the respect they deserve. I also treat every household with the respect the home deserves. I always leave homes as I found them, or better. I would expect anyone entering my home to hold a degree of respect for my space, and I always offer that same respect in return.

“Kyrstin watched my 14 year old Chihuahua/Corgi mix over the Martin Luther King day weekend. Kyrstin did the best job with Nuni. She is very caring, patient and helpful. She followed all the instructions for Nuni's care to the letter. He went to the vet on the Thursday before I left and started a new medication. Kyrstin gave him his medication and didn't even hesitate at the challenge of caring for an elderly dog with health issues. Kyrstin was also very respectful of my home and left everything as it was when I left. I would definitely recommend Kyrstin the care for your pets and will most definitely ask her again should the need arise. Thank you so much Kyrstin for taking such good care of my buddy!!”
