This was our first experience with rover And I Couldn’t be happier with how our experience with Alicia went! Our dogs are very picky when meeting new people and she won their little hearts over. Amazing caregiver! We booked Jennifer when our scheduled sitter had to cancel last minute. She arrived to the meet & greet early and gently introduced herself to our boys. She knew just what to do to gain their confidence. She followed our instructions perfectly and sent twice daily updates and photos. It was obvious that our cats felt comfortable with her from the beginning. When we arrived home everything was clean and in place and the boys were happy. I would give her 10 stars if possible. Looking forward to booking Jennifer again as she gave us the peace of mind to leave home and know that everything was well taken care of.
