Turns out that the other sitter cancelling was the best thing that could have happened because Alex is everything I could ever want from a sitter. They were incredibly responsive to my messages, they gave frequent updates throughout the day complete with photos, they administered medication to both my cats, they went above and beyond to even clean up the place while I was away…but most importantly, my boys seemed to absolutely adore them! “Kyrstin watched my 14 year old Chihuahua/Corgi mix over the Martin Luther King day weekend. Kyrstin did the best job with Nuni. She is very caring, patient and helpful. She followed all the instructions for Nuni's care to the letter. He went to the vet on the Thursday before I left and started a new medication. Kyrstin gave him his medication and didn't even hesitate at the challenge of caring for an elderly dog with health issues. Kyrstin was also very respectful of my home and left everything as it was when I left. I would definitely recommend Kyrstin the care for your pets and will most definitely ask her again should the need arise. Thank you so much Kyrstin for taking such good care of my buddy!!”

Erika took great care of my cat while I was away. As always, she spent plenty of quality time with my cat, Mitten, and it was clear how much she enjoys being around her—and my cat LOVES her too! I could tell from all the photos she sent me. One thing I especially appreciate is the detailed daily updates she provides, along with lots of photos. They give me so much peace of mind and allow me to see how Mitten is doing each day. Since I'm away, that's really the only way for me to know how my cat is doing, so I truly appreciate the consistent updates and communication. Amora was wonderful with Georgie. She messaged me regularly and sent photos. The house was clean and tidy and Georgie was so happy and relaxed when I got home. Her experience with bully breeds and big dogs in general was an extra perk. I felt totally confident leaving Georgie with her. I will definitely have her back!
Libby’s great. Third or maybe fourth time we’ve used her. Past stays were just long weekends but this time was a full week. Daily check-ins and photos. Our dog had a health thing come up and she stayed on top of it and kept us posted the whole time. Easy to reach. Flexible. Put the trash cans out, brought in packages. House looked great when we got back. We’ll definitely hire her again.
Jennifer is amazing with our 9 month old puppy Gus and two cats. Gus is definitely a bit of a handful at this age, but she kept him busy with playtime and multiple walks a day. We couldn't wait for her daily updates and ended up with over 100 pictures of Gus and our cats over just a few days. Jennifer also left the house in pristine condition, with the towels and sheets already washed and put away. She is the best pet sitter we've ever had and can't recommend her enough!
