“Kathryn responded promptly when we reached out seeking a replacement sitter when our scheduled person needed to cancel for a family emergency within a week of our trip. She was clear with her availability around her work commitments, and was conscientious with communication throughout her stay. This communication extended to contacting us regarding unforeseen events (a large branch falling on the roof during a windstorm, which she addressed with sound problem-solving and care) as well as any questions during our stay. We returned to our dog happy, our home clean and both well cared-for.”

Turns out that the other sitter cancelling was the best thing that could have happened because Alex is everything I could ever want from a sitter. They were incredibly responsive to my messages, they gave frequent updates throughout the day complete with photos, they administered medication to both my cats, they went above and beyond to even clean up the place while I was away…but most importantly, my boys seemed to absolutely adore them! “Kyrstin watched my 14 year old Chihuahua/Corgi mix over the Martin Luther King day weekend. Kyrstin did the best job with Nuni. She is very caring, patient and helpful. She followed all the instructions for Nuni's care to the letter. He went to the vet on the Thursday before I left and started a new medication. Kyrstin gave him his medication and didn't even hesitate at the challenge of caring for an elderly dog with health issues. Kyrstin was also very respectful of my home and left everything as it was when I left. I would definitely recommend Kyrstin the care for your pets and will most definitely ask her again should the need arise. Thank you so much Kyrstin for taking such good care of my buddy!!”

“I can highly recommend Adriana. Our recently adopted bernedoodle takes time to warm up to strangers and Adriana was patient and flexible making the time to really get to know Otis ahead of a trip we had planned. She spent a long weekend at our home and gave Otis her time and full attention, she spoiled him with lots of snuggles, taught him new games and helped him work on his manners. We had a full daily update and lots of photos which was reassuring and made our time away more enjoyable. We came back to an immaculately clean house. Adriana had laundered her bedding and towels which was not requested or expected but most appreciated. We will definitely be staying in touch with Adriana and asking her to help with all our pet sitting needs.”
