“Adriana just sat for 4 nights at my house with my two dogs, one of whom is elderly and special needs. He has mobility issues and incontinence, and Adriana didn’t flinch at cleaning up after him. She sent lots of updates and I felt a lot more comfortable with her than I usually do with a first-time sitter! She really seems to appreciate my dogs, who can be a LOT, but she doted on them with patience and compassion, and kept me updated when my older dog had a concerning issue. I will def use her again and I recommend her as a caring and conscientious sitter!”

“Kyrstin watched my 14 year old Chihuahua/Corgi mix over the Martin Luther King day weekend. Kyrstin did the best job with Nuni. She is very caring, patient and helpful. She followed all the instructions for Nuni's care to the letter. He went to the vet on the Thursday before I left and started a new medication. Kyrstin gave him his medication and didn't even hesitate at the challenge of caring for an elderly dog with health issues. Kyrstin was also very respectful of my home and left everything as it was when I left. About: Before the days of Rover, I had makeshift a dog-sitting and walking business that I created in Ashland, Oregon while attending Southern Oregon University. The business was successful, but I moved back home to Portland to attend PSU. I have since earned a degree in Psychology and have been working in the mental health field at Providence hospital. In my free time I have been an intermittent pet-sitter for family, friends, and second-degree connections. My services include hiking and day trips in the convertible (roof down if permitted!), helping your pet feel comfortable and content while you're away. I have a kitty along with a long history of taking care of my own pets. I have experience caring for puppies, kittens, senior pets, and pets with special needs. I am comfortable caring for multiple pets in a home and have experience caring for up to 4 pets at a time. I am in a transition period while I get ready to attend a Clinical Psychology doctoral program next Fall. My days are open and dedicated to your fur baby. I am attentive and present while your pet is in my care. They become my priority. I have repeat clients who I do overnight stays for. I build trust with my clients through reliable services provided. I follow instructions well and actively communicate with clients as-needed. I build trust with your pets by providing a safe place for them to have companionship or alone time. I take the time to learn how your pet communicates so that they feel cared for.
