About: I’ve been around dogs and cats my entire life and have experience caring for pets of many different breeds, sizes, personalities, and behavioral needs. Being a lifelong pet owner has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and understanding that every animal is different. I currently share my home with Pigeon, my 8-year-old rescue, who has given me even more appreciation for the patience and trust that can be especially important with rescue animals. I’m comfortable adapting to each pet’s individual routine and personality, and I’ll always treat your pets with the same care, attention, and respect I give my own. Building relationships with animals is an incredibly rewarding experience and something I truly cherish. I am currently a student at Oregon State University pursuing a Botany degree. All of my classes are virtual, so I am extremely flexible with my schedule and availability. I’m a big believer in meeting pets where they’re at. Some want to play and explore, some want nonstop attention, and others just need a little patience and space to warm up. I’ll get to know your pet’s personality and routine and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while you’re away. Walks, playtime, belly rubs, quiet company—I’m happy to provide whatever makes them feel most at home!
About: I grew up in rural midwest with dogs, cats, and guinea pigs. I was a dedicated and loving dog mama to my beloved bernese mountain dog, Riker, for 9.5 years and I miss him very much. I enjoyed taking my boy to thousand acres, Mt. Tabor, and several other dog parks and we've gone on many hikes on the coast, in the gorge, and in Mt. Hood forest. I have special connections with my friends' animals and I've enjoyed taking their dogs for walks since my boy passed last March. I'm a fourth-year doctoral graduate student at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). I have three full days of clinic per week and fill the rest of the week with writing and research. When I'm not in clinic I can be flexible with my schedule to take your fur baby on walks, check in on them to let them out, or schedule an adventure! I respect my client’s rules, preferences, and boundaries regarding their pets. I will avoid places they’re not supposed to go, keep them on leash at all times, socially distance them if requested, and never give them treats or food unless given owner permission.
About: I’ve cared for animals my whole life, and have had the privilege of working with both large and small dog breeds, cats of many shapes and sizes, and even horses and birds. Earning an animal’s trust and learning about what makes them unique is a beautiful feeling, and the knowledge that I’m helping someone out at the same time makes it even better. I have experience with senior dogs, high-energy breeds, lap cats, anxious pets— no matter what their story is, I believe all of them deserve love and quality care equally. I’m also a very active person and will make sure dogs get regular walks. I am a full-time student in a medical program so most of my “work days” are shorter days. My main focus on weekends is schoolwork, which means I have plenty of reason to stay in and hang out with the pets. This works great for house-sitting since I am staying in to study for the most part, aka lots of quality time spent with your loved ones! ** Important note: my class days (Mon-Weds) require me to spend ~5 hours on campus and 8 hours on clinical days (Thurs/Fri) during the term. Because of this, I will have to leave for hours at a time during the week. On those days it’s important to consider if your pets are okay being alone for that long, or if additional help can be recruited to check up on them. I’m happy to provide a copy of my schedule so we are on the same page for the times that I will be away for school. I am very conscientious about what I’m doing in someone else’s home and make a point to leave it how I found it, if not better. When it comes to house sitting, I am able to spend much of the day at the house and stay overnight with them, which provides a sense of security and companionship for your babies. I believe pets are most comfortable in their home environment so my goal is to keep their stress as low as possible, caring for them the same way they are used to- ie. timed feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks; anything I can do to keep everyone happy and healthy. I know how hard being away from your fur babies can be, so I make sure to take lots of photos to send!
“Selena is beyond amazing!! She was willing to work with our French bulldog who is a little slow to warm up to people. Loved all the notes & photos we got while away for a weekend. Would very highly recommend!!”

“Sequoia was fantastic with my kitties! Great communication, was so caring with my boys, and is overall such a kind person! I will be booking with Sequoia again! ❤️”

“Shianne was great! Our cat hid most of the time, but we still felt at ease knowing he was being checked on and cared for. Communication was smooth, and we really appreciated her help!”

“Kay was amazing with our cat Shimmy, sending lots of great updates and photos. Kay clearly spent a lot of time playing with Shimmy - we would recommend Kay to anyone - thanks so much again!”

“I had a wonderful experience with Summer checking in and visiting my young and shy kitty Casper! She was always on time or early, and her communication was and is excellent. She sent updates with pictures and videos, and I had total peace of mind knowing Casper was in good hands while I was away. She is so wonderful, she brought little gifts and treats for Casper! I trust and recommend Summer, and I would definitely book her again in the future! 🫶🏼”

About: I have been caring for a variety of animals since I was young. I grew up with dogs and participated in 4-H for 10 years, where I worked with and showed dogs, horses, and goats at the fair. I have also provided dog and cat sitting services on and off for many years, including walking, playing with, and feeding animals. My experience includes caring for a puppy under one year old, where I helped with potty training, as well as an elderly husky who required additional care and attention. While working at a zoo, I also regularly handled a variety of animals, including snakes, turtles, birds, armadillos, and more. Overall, I have experience with animals of all ages and needs, including puppy training and senior animal care. I am currently planning to attend school part time (online classes) so I will have plenty of time to spend with your pet(s) in between homework assignments! I have a large yard with 5-foot fencing surrounding the entire property. Depending on each pet’s needs, I enjoy taking dogs for walks around the neighborhood or on adventures such as a shorter hike or walk in a nearby park. My goal with every pet I care for is to make sure they feel comfortable, relaxed, and leave their time with me as a positive experience. I have a lot of experience reading pets’ individual needs and understanding what helps build trust and a positive relationship, whether that means treats, playtime, quality time, patience, or simply providing a calm and comfortable space.
“Highly recommend Kristy! Booked for drop-in with less than a weeks notice & Kristy replied promptly and cheerfully. Professional, very kind, trustworthy and my pup absolutely adored her. He looked so happy in all her sweet photos. Was our first time with Kristy and we’re looking forward soon to our next booking!”

“Allison was absolutely FANTASTIC with Ollie. I love the communication and actually working with Ollie on his walks and manners. Would 10/10 recommend and will be booking with her again!”

About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life! I have a medically complex cat, so I’m very experienced with giving pills and administering medications. As a pet owner myself, I understand how stressful it can feel to be away from your pet. My goal is to care for your animal with the same attention and genuine care I give my own, so you can feel confident they’re in good hands. I’m currently a medical student at Oregon Health & Science University completing a dedicated research year, which gives me a flexible schedule throughout much of the week. Taking dogs on walks or spending time with animals has become one of my favorite ways to step away from studying, get outside, and recharge, so I’d love for your pet to join me! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and any special instructions before every visit. Whether I'm walking your dog or caring for your pet in your home, I make sure they have fresh water, plenty of attention, playtime, and a positive experience. I always keep cats indoors and dogs leashed unless instructed otherwise in a secure, designated area. I also provide owners with regular updates with photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away.

“Lauren was great dropping in on my kitty over the weekend! She was on time, super responsive and communicative, and her update was very helpful! Would gladly book again!”

“Laura was amazing! She watched our dog and cat and sent lots of pictures and gave them extra love while we were gone. She went above and beyond for our dog when she had separation anxiety and even stayed longer with her than what was required. Will definitely be booking again”

Gera has watched Oreo twice and has been wonderful both times! She is very communicative and professional and went above and beyond to take care of Oreo while he had some tummy issues. She does a great job making sure our high energy pup is well exercised. We always come home to a happy and healthy dog!

Kay was so awesome and I would definitely have her watch Hugo again. She was very flexible with my last minute booking and gained Hugo’s trust quickly even though he is not a fan of new people. Kay’s notes were thorough and I felt really good knowing everything Hugo had done during her stay. 10/10 Would book again. Thanks Kay!

Catherine is fantastic! She’s watched our dog Harley twice now. Harley is leash reactive, and we feel totally confident with her walking Harley. Sends pics, prompt, extremely responsive, and she even let Harley out after she’d left because our flight was delayed. Will book again!!

Veronica was wonderful. She was able to check on my dog for a last minute visit during a stressful situation. She took excellent care of him and my other dog, and went above and beyond what I booked her for. She was fast, communicative, and genuinely cared about my pets!

My dog loves Taylor time! After I come back from a trip, he continues looking for her, which is the best compliment he can give. Taylor has gently worked to figure out the tricks for getting ear and eye medicine delivered to a dog who would prefer we not, while still being a fun playmate, walker, and nap companion. She communicates often and well with me so I know my guy is in good hands when I'm away.

Chanda, I feel so lucky to have found you for Otto and I’m truly sad to see you go. You are one of the best and kindest dog walkers I’ve had for my boy and I appreciate all of the hard work and love you showed Otto. I hope someday we cross paths again, as I know he will miss you. The very best of luck with your new adventures!! ❤️

I cannot recommend Wendy enough! She took care of our anxious dog during our vacation and went above and beyond to give him the love we needed while we were gone. She administered multiple medications, engaged with him in play, and provided many photos which let us rest easy that he was in good hands. Will certainly rebook again! Thank you!

Jason was so incredible with my four month old puppy with medical issues. He quickly came over for an initial greet. He was on time for every walk twice a day. He was active the whole time and didn’t sit around like many other walkers may. He was attentive to instructions and went so far as to clean my dog every time he went outside. He was safe, kind, and clearly loves animals. I will be requesting him again for all my dog walking/sitting/boarding needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
