I've known Charlie for many years, and he's been a loving and caring pet owner from the start. He has a calm and cheerful presence that my cats are always happy to be around. Charles has cared for two of my dogs over the years- a big sweet rottie and a small emotional chihuahua. Charles takes care of our beloved dog Andi when we go out of town. Andi took a liking to Charles right away and she is very happy and excited whenever we go to his house. My family likes Charles a lot, too, and we have peace of mind knowing that Andi is being taken care of by Charles.
