I’ve taken care of my own dogs and friends and family pets since I was 15. I’ve worked with dogs professionally for 20 years. My time spent first managing a large kennel indoor kennel and assisting the veterinarians in the adjoining hospital. Then in physical therapy where I learned how to help lots of dogs with different kinds of mobility issues. I then spent years at outdoor doggy daycare with hundred of dogs seen every weekday. I’ve taken dogs to agility and run them to the vet. I understand the importance of detail from years of working with pets on different medications and foods. I like to help dogs feel good, whether that’s a visit and scratches and a massage or a goofy and fun walk with a snack, I’m here for it. Everyone is different and believe in treating them all with the special attention they deserve.

Safety, trust & environment
I know how important it is to be extra safe and to triple check and not take things for granted. I always keep dogs on leash, secure homes, and keep an eye out to give us room to maneuver when out on walks. Dogs are going to be different with me than their own owners so I am extra aware they may behave a bit differently than usual.

Catherine is fantastic! She’s watched our dog Harley twice now. Harley is leash reactive, and we feel totally confident with her walking Harley. Sends pics, prompt, extremely responsive, and she even let Harley out after she’d left because our flight was delayed. Will book again!!

Catherine was a wonderful pet sitter from start to finish. She always responded to messages quickly, was very generous with her time for preliminary meetings with us, and communicated with us extensively while we were gone—including photos—so we could see how our puppy was doing. We’re nervous pet parents but she put us at ease—we had every confidence our puppy was getting great care. Our only worry was that she might not miss us very much! We can’t recommend Catherine highly enough.
Catherine was absolutely wonderful! It was so comforting being able to leave our furry babies for the weekend knowing they were in such good hands. They were so attentive and helpful. We will definitely be booking them again!! 🐶🐱💛

Catherine was a great communicator and took great care of our cat and dog. Both animals warmed up immediately and knowing they were happy and cared for was such a relief.

Schedule
I’m make my own hours and supplement my income with delivery jobs so dog schedules are easy to work into my day. I don’t usually like to leave a dog longer than four hours and tend to wind down with them at night by 8 or 9pm. As a homebody mostly I also rarely have something going on in the evening either 🤩

- What can make them nervous or overload their system? What are great ways to help redirect or help them feel secure in a scary moment? Being able to connect with your pet is important to help them feel safe and enjoy their time out. Also love to know about their quirks and if I can give them snacks, positive reinforcement is my favorite!
