Theresa was incredible with my dog and I completely trust her for future visits! I have corgi/heeler mix that's a bit reactive and she followed all the walking and enrichment instructions perfectly. She took him on quiet walks and avoided his triggers. Theresa is also a great communicator and sent plenty of updates daily. I was out of town for a week and thought I'd be anxious about him the whole time (since he's never stayed with someone new) but I could tell he was getting spoiled and taken care of with her. I know he'll be excited to come back :)!
Our border collie has never been boarded overnight. A hospital medical procedure and evening prep made it necessary. I scheduled the wrong date and didn’t realize it until an hour before needed, and panicked. Tommy was available and very quickly modified the booking to the right time, and just in time! This was my dog Oberon's first overnight with a professional pet sitter. I was a nervous pet parent when I first contacted Rob. We scheduled a meet and greet prior to the stay to ensure a good fit. Rob was a very gracious host and Obi immediately bonded with Rob. The stay itself went without a hitch. Rob sent frequent photos of Obi's stay e.g., out on morning walks with Rob etc. Obi showed no anxiety and even seemed reluctant to leave when I picked him up! Overall, a 5 star rating.
