Ian stayed in our home to care for our 12 year old German Shepherd while we were on a 3 1/2 week long trip. He took great care of our dog and our home and made sure to check in with us periodically. We loved his short updates and pictures. Will definitely ask him and Susan again if they are available for our next trip.
Susan was amazing as always, from beginning to end and really helped us in a pinch when we had to jump on a plane at the last minute for a family emergency.
Amazing. We went on a 2 week trip and we couldn't bring our dog Kuka. With Susan and family, Kuka was basically on vacation too. She had so much fun and was well taken care of. Highly highly recommended.
Susan dropped by my home to visit with my two cats on a regular basis for most of this year. Susan gave both of my cats all the time they needed to acclimate to her. I have one cat who is very slow to warm whom enjoyed seeing Susan each week. Big thank you to Susan for taking the time to hang out with my cats each week while I was working long hours. As always Sue was amazing with all of my animals and I do believe my house may have been cleaner than when I left. She sends so many great photos and I feel like our animals are in great hands and I never have to worry about them. Makes me feel just a little less guilty when we plan trips to locations that are not pet friendly. I love knowing that they are at home where they are more comfortable and that Sue is there keeping them happy with lots of lap time snuggles.
Susan and Ian took great care of our cat, Enzo. We really appreciate it!
