Reliable, friendly animal lover!
I have had lifelong experience with puppies, adults and senior dogs, and more recently foster-adopted a senior cat. I have assisted with the births of four litters of puppies, and I personally cared for a chihuahua named Bernard for 19 wonderful years. I’m currently an empty nester, but love to pet sit while I’m in between fur babies. I have really fallen in love with senior animals, and I also have a deep understanding of how important our pets are to us. I always make sure animals in my care are treated as the individual they are, and I aim to help their humans feel confident and happy trusting me with their fur baby!

I follow the owner's instructions and make notes/send photos so they have a report card for how their fur baby did without them. I'm happy to help with medicines, diapers, etc.

Alacia provided outstanding care for our little 14.5 year old shih-poo. I knew ahead of time she’d be well looked-after because our girl showed an instant ‘attraction’ from the first moments of our meet ‘n greet, which was extra reassuring. It’s super obvious how much Alacia enjoys taking care of dogs. She was very kind, attentive and affectionate toward Baci. The frequent updates & pics I received during Baci’s stay (including a tummy rub video!) also gave me extra peace of mind. I highly recommend Alacia!

Alacia did a good job taking care of my kitties Gus & Mavis. I really feel she went above & beyond making them feel comfortable while I was out of town. One tiny complaint I have is that our water bowl was empty and dry when I got home so i’m not sure how long they were without water for, they drank immediately after filling it up so that was disappointing. Other than that Alacia was amazing, super kind, and gave good updates regarding the kitties behaviors. She also sent pictures which I appreciated. Overall good job 😸👍
Alacia helped us for a last minute request. She sent photos and updates frequently and I sincerely appreciate her love and care for our sweet pup!!

Schedule
I work remotely and I have a flexible schedule. Pet care fits right into my daily life and routine, and I love getting to go for walks or to the dog park to break up the day.
