I believe that a pet is likely most comfortable in their own home, in an environment they are well-accustomed to! I believe communication with the pet’s parent is SO important and I strive to keep you apprised of what is going on with your beloved pet :) I want to learn all about your pet’s particular needs so I can provide them with the best care. If pets behave directly than normal due to stress and what not, I also do a good job picking up on the pet’s personality and behaviors quickly so I can adapt/formulate a personalized care plan for them.

Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who has been around pets for as long as I can remember. I grew up with cats and have had them my entire life, so I understand their unique personalities, routines, and needs. Whether your cat is playful, shy, or a senior who needs a little extra care, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I have 3 cats of my own currently! :) In addition to my extensive experience with cats, I’ve also pet sat for dogs of all sizes and health needs and truly enjoy spending time with them. Whether it’s going for walks, playtime, or simply providing companionship, I’m happy to tailor my care to each pet’s individual personality and routine. I know how important it is to trust someone with your furry family members, and I’ll treat your pets with the same love, patience, and attention that I give my own. My goal is to make sure both you and your pets have peace of mind while you’re away. I look forward to meeting you and your four-legged family members!

Joy is our favorite pet sitter when we are out of town. Our cat and dog are big cuddlers, so it's really important to us to know that they are being loved on we are out - and it's clear they are because they're so excited to see her every time! Joy also has great communication, so we are never left wondering what they are up to. Overall, leaving our pets in Joy's hands is a no brainer for us.
