Shannon was very loving to my sweet Nala. She gave her the time and loves I’d requested. Communicated & sent me pictures. She even repotted my orchid.

We continue to be so appreciative that we have Shannon to trust our cat to when we’re out of town. She went above and beyond for us when the batteries died in our garage door opener and went out of her way to get new batteries so she could still get inside to take care of our girl. Thanks for everything!!

To say we loved Shannon is an understatement. There are so many reasons why. She is dependable, punctual, was easy to communicate with, and was able to manage all 3 of our fur kids, seemingly with ease. Our pups were happy and relaxed when we arrived back home (after 10 days away). She kept up the dog tumbleweeds, doggie demands for regular play, snuggles, and kept up on literally everything. She even washed the linens she used, and kept the house tidy. There are dozens of things she simply did without us asking, driven purely by her own initiative. It made our arrival so much easier. Our dogs really loved Shannon. They were all relaxed and content when we arrived. Shannon was by far our best experience with care for our pups. We have used boarding, and sitting services in the past and never had such an amazing experience.

I highly recommend Shannon who recently watched 2 dogs for a week. They are both older and one of them is quite quirky. She communicated daily with an update and the dogs did great with her. Our place was in great shape and I’m thrilled to have found her!

Shannon was super reliable and thoughtful about looking after our cats. We appreciated her reports and photo check-ins, and it was also nice that she brought in our mail without us mentioning it. We will definitely hire Shannon again in the future!
