My dog is a pittie mix so she requires an extensive skincare routine and has experienced minor health issues like an ear infection. About: I am a practicing and licensed DVM/veterinarian in California since 2024, alumni of University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and UC Davis. I work at a clinic in the LA region currently. Previously, I was an animal technician at many different vet clinics in the SF Bay Area, California for nearly 15 years. I have worked for over 6 years at the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine previously as well. Before I got into veterinary school, my ultimate life goal was always to become a vet for as long as I can remember! As you might guess, I love animals of all kinds, especially our friendly, furry, pets. It is the love I have for dogs and cats that led me to pursue a career as a vet, and also why I spend free hours volunteering at local animal shelters to help spend time with the animals that don't have a family yet. About: I've been caring for dogs and cats since I was 7 years old. While I have no formal training, I've owned pets consistently for the last 35 years. I've done a lot of work with rescues and shelters, particularly with special needs animals. I'm equipped to give medication of all types, even IVs and injections. I'm currently fostering two silly bulldogs and am volunteering my time with multiple local rescues. I have a knack for animals... You might even call it a superpower! I'll likely become best friends with your pet as soon as I meet them; I'll take the extra time to establish trust with you and your furry friend, so you both know you are in good hands with me. Whether it be just a quick walk or a homestay, your pet will be the center of my attention and will always be in good hands! Every booking comes with lots of pictures and a full recap of our time together. While I'm typically not available early in the morning, my schedule is otherwise pretty flexible. I'm available for drop ins and over nights. Unfortunately due to an FIV+ cat I am unable to host your pet here. I will schedule a meet and greet prior to our first booking to meet you and your pet at your home. I like to schedule this for up to one our in order to make sure we take the time we need to establish trust. Many of my pets over the years have been special needs, including English Bulldogs and FIV+ cats.

About: I don’t have a dog at the moment, or take care of any, but my experiences with dogs would be when I was more smaller, I had a bulldog named snowball, and I would always take her for walks all the time as I can remember. But my grandma also does have 2 dogs, and I take them for walks here and there whenever she needs help. I’m currently working full time as a server, but I am free in the mornings, or late nights, which I’ve been trying to find side jobs or stuff to do during the mornings, so I can fill in those gaps of not doing anything. Most of the time I am home, so I give lots of attention to my cats. One of my cats are very old, so I try to be next to her and pet her whenever she wants me there, since she tends to be sleeping most of the time. My other cat, I would still say he’s kitten like, I play with him often so he won’t feel alone, since my other cat is older, and can’t tolerate it.

About: I’m Sarah. My experience with dogs started when I was a little baby. I grew up living with canines, and my family raised me with the idea that pets are part of the family. They showed me how to take care of them, how to treat them, and how to respect them. What I love most about being a pet sitter is that even when you’re having a bad day, having a pup by your side can make everything better. I’ve owned all dogs of several different breeds and sizes, including Chihuahuas, French Poodles, Schnauzers, and German Shepherds. I volunteered at Saving Grace NC for their "Host a Dog Weekend," and it was fantastic. I hosted a Labrador named Thea and showed her how to go to the bathroom and how to behave in a home. I don’t have any certifications or special training for pet care, but I can provide your pooch with a happy, special, and fun time while you’re away. I really really love my neighborhood in downtown Raleigh because it’s full of dogs and has lots of parks. There are always people walking their pups and plenty of safe places to explore. My apartment is not the biggest one, but I think it’s peaceful. It’s a good environment to spend time with my furry guests. I go on three walks a day and consider myself an active and energetic person. I’m responsible and patient, which make me a great pet sitter because no matter what is going on, I always act calm. I’m also bilingual in English and Spanish and highly responsible in every single area of my life. I work from home, which makes caring for pets easy. I treat all dogs like they are part of my family.
