About: From a young age I knew I had a passion for animals and nature. I’ve had the honor of nursing my cat, Oliver, back to health after he underwent several surgeries before I adopted him. Although he recently passed, he is one of the driving reasons for my passion to work with animals. Currently, I’m in school to become a veterinarian at San Francisco State University. Super glad I was able to have a sitter like Nicolas looking after my cat while I was away! He did such a great job making sure Milo was well taken care of, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. He was also great at following instructions and making sure everything was taken care of. I also can’t say enough about what a great communicator he is! This was my first time using Rover, so I was definitely a little nervous about leaving Dewey with someone new. Dewey was pretty shy and hid during their meet and greet, so it meant a lot to see how comfortable he became with Raymond over the course of the visits. Raymond was incredibly patient with him, spent time with him, and sent great updates and photos that gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. You could really tell he genuinely cared about Dewey and made an effort to get to know him and make him feel comfortable. I honestly think Dewey probably misses him too lol.. Raymond was also reliable, communicative, and very easy to coordinate with. I’m really glad my first experience with Rover was with him, and I’d absolutely trust him with Dewey again. Highly recommend!
Dylan took great care of my kitties. She stayed in communication with me during the entire visit. I received pics when she arrived and when she left. She also gave a thorough recap of everything they did and how much they ate. I'll definitely be contacting her for future assignments!!
From the meet and greet through both visits, I felt like my kitties were in thoughtful, caring hands. I didn't worry once while I was gone. Colleen sent lovely photos from each visit, including one of my shyest cat making biscuits on day one! She was flexible with scheduling, and even took the trash out on trash day, which wasn't something I'd mentioned in my (very lengthy) cat-sitting notes. It was clear she'd actually taken the time to read them closely. I would absolutely rebook, and I highly recommend her for sitting your fur babies, they'll be very well taken care of.
Shelli is wonderful! Our pups have a new best friend and love having her come by and spend time with them. Shelli is super communicative, sends pictures throughout the day and takes amazing care of our pups. She came and did a meet-and-greet before her stay to make sure she had all of the info necessary - she's thorough and made me feel super safe and confident having her come and take care of them.
