“Great drop in experience for us! Very professional and thoughtful. Tooo good care of my pup. Thank you!”
“Daniel was so lovely to work with. My Blitz walked right up to them at our meet and greet, trusted them immediately- even allowing belly rubs! They were very communicative and flexible, accommodating when the schedule slightly changed as well, gave my boy his flea meds on time and kept him happy and mentally stimulated. I loved all the pics and updates. Blitz has definitely made a friend in Daniel.”
“Vic is amazing! We had her drop by and take care of our kitten for 5 days and she was great. Sent updates and pictures every day which put us at ease. Our kitten was so happy to see her each day (we could tell by the pictures)! Would highly recommend her to anyone in the area.”
“Jennifer was amazing and took great care of our kitty Mei! She took lots of photos and played a lot with her. I was really hesitant to leave Mei at home for five days but seeing how cuddly she was with Jennifer really put me at ease.”
Emely & Andrew E.
“Emely and Andrew did a wonderful job! Lots of pictures and communication to let me know how he did and when they started and finished. I will definitely book them again.”
“Kate did great and was really sweet. She even got my ridiculously shy cat to come out from under the bed. It was was so nice to not have worry about him while I was gone. Will definitely do this again.”
“Nicole is exceptional with pets, and her genuine love for animals truly shines. She handled my dog with incredible care, and I've never felt more comfortable leaving him with anyone else. Her expertise and compassion make her the go-to person for pet care—I'm grateful to have found someone so reliable and trustworthy.”
“Very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!! 5 stars!!”
“Clémentine sets the bar super high for catsitting! I'm pretty OCD with instructions, and she follows them to the letter. She took care of my cats as if they were her own. One of my boys is super shy and saw her last over two months ago (coming out from under the sofa on her last visit), but this time around he came out for her no problem, as if he'd known her for a long time. I really missed my boys during my weeklong vacation, but really enjoyed Clémentine's Rover cards, with plenty of wonderful photos that showed them being well taken care of. Thanks again for being such a great catsitter!”
About: My name is Ellie and I am 27 years old, originally from California. I have worked with all types of animals as well as owned quite a few; from cats, to dogs, to horses. For the past 13 years I started as kennel help in an Animal Hospital and continued on to become a veterinarian assistant. I have worked closely with extremely sick and young animals and know how to give them the attention and care that they need. This has also made me much more responsive to animals who are happy and healthy. I am extremely loving and passionate towards all animals and want to provide them with the best care! I have a great connection with animals and feel strongly about their health and safety. I currently work part-time (remotely) and have a lot of flexibility in my day. I can help you and your furry loved one get the exercise they need! I have a small apartment with a gated patio. Your pet can spend their day or just a few hours with me. They can get their energy out and some vitamin D!
“She’s great, caring with our two golden retrievers I always call her when we go on vacation. Thanks Jara for always treating our babies like they’re your family too”
“Sam has looked after my baby girl several times and theres no one else I trust more. I have so much peace of mind when my girl is in her care because I know she's getting all the love and attention while I am away. I have a senior dog so it's important to me that someone can keep track of appropriate feeding and walking times. Sam is super organized and is very attentive when she's watching my dog. I went on a last minute girls trip with a friend and I knew I could count on Sam to watch my dog Harley. I got updates and cute pictures while I was away. I trust Sam with my dog or any other dog, she's such a sweet person.”
“Eric is the best dog owner I’ve met. He loves and cares for his dog so much and treats his dog so good. He goes above and beyond when caring for other animals as if they were his own. I would recommend Eric to anyone who is looking for extra help with their furry friend.”
About: I’ve had pets in my family since I was born! From dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs. I now live on my own away from my family and would love a pet of my own. Since that doesn’t seem like it’s in the cards for me right now, I would love to take care of your pet and love them! Thank you I currently work in child care Monday- Friday in the evenings for a few hours for sessions. I currently have weekends open and would love to spend them walking pets and taking care of them. For the past year my roommate had two cats and I cared for them my helping with their litter box and feeding them when she was out of the house. My new roommate currently has a cat and I spend lots of time with her. I love snuggling with her, brushing her, and playing with her. I have one dog at my parents house in San Diego and he’s 12 years old, I love him so much and wish I could see him more often, I enjoy throwing tennis balls with him and taking him to the store with me. He also won’t eat food unless we hand feed it to him so I also do that. Thanks
“Michelle is great! She gave me detailed updates with lots of photos and followed all instructions we had for looking after our elderly kitty. Will definitely have her look after our kitty again next time!”
“Tanya is so wonderful! My kitties are not very outgoing with new people (and sometimes with me) but she was so good with them and got them out of their shell a bit more each day! We got updates every day with pictures on the Rover card. Tanya is very friendly and professional too. I recommend her to anyone that needs help taking care of their pets!”
About: I have two pets of my own, and they are very well behaved. I am very good with the leash and have a way of understanding pet body language to understand their needs, quirks, triggers, etc... I am a owner of a small hair salon in Seal Beach CA, and I work 3-4 days a week. I have free time and I use it generally spending time with my pets. I figure I could spend some of that time spending quality time with pets whose parents work, or go to school and travel. I am available Mondays and Tuesdays for walks or drop ins. I have pretty standard rules and regulations inside my home with my pets. They have their "spots" to lie in, they are generally quiet and unaffected by the sounds going on outside of the home. I use the squirt bottle method to train my own pets into not barking, not caring about the mail man, and to not jump or annoy guests coming into the home. One move out of line and they get a squirt, and it seems to work every time. They get three walks a day and they eat at the same time every morning, afternoon and before bed. We make dinner fun and exciting, and walks feel like a treat. When my pets aren't feeling food I can tell and I make it a point to care for them immediately. For clients I would learn their methods and make sure it aligns with my ethics and enforce the house rules for them while I am the steward of their pets. I do regular check ins with pet parents so they know about any changes in their pets mood, temperament, stool etc... I love dogs so much and I feel they all deserve a chance to be loved, fed, walked and safe. I try to help them all feel this way in the best way I know how.
“Amy did a great job with my babies! She was reliable, communicative, and worked wonders with my shy cat. I'd love to have her watch them again in the future.”
“We’ve been using Pete now for almost two years for drop ins and house sitting. He’s spent anywhere from 1 hour to two weeks taking care of our fur family. Our boys (husky/saint Bernard and dachshund/beagle) really adore him. He takes such great care of the pack (and the house) when we have to be away; while we alway hate being away from them and miss them terribly, we feel at ease knowing Pete is there to take care of them (plus he sends a lot of photos and keeps us up to date on them).”
