“I went on a trip and was lucky enough to find Max and Zai through Rover. Snow stayed at their home for a few days and absolutely loved her time with them. They made sure she was comfortable, happy, and well cared for throughout her stay. Max and Zai were very communicative and sent regular photo updates, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. They are genuinely wonderful people who took exceptional care of Snow. Thank you both so much for all the love, attention, and support you gave her! P.S. I completely missed this on their profile, but they do ask that you bring diapers if your pet needs them—so be sure to pack diapers for your furry friend!”

“Shannon was a wonderful caregiver for Dumbles! He is a bit of a handful—anxious around new people (pandemic puppy) and also still very feisty and full of energy. Shannon wasn't phased at all by my worries about Dumbles and it was clear from just meeting her that her low-key energy made Dumbles comfortable right away. Honestly, it was embarrassing how quickly he just headed off to her car with her without a second glance at us, haha! Shannon did a great job communicating with us and sending us photos of Dumbles looking happy with her - snuggling in her bed, asking for treats, going on walks, and generally looking very much at home with her. She was responsive to texts and Rover messages, and was very flexible with her time (we switched up to having her deliver him back to us rather than us picking him up and she was like "no problem!"). Mostly, it was clear that she loved having Dumbles, and Dumbles loved staying with her. We hope all of our dogsitters are as wonderful as Shannon. Thank you, Shannon! May we meet again!”
