About: I have been around dogs all my life. I rescued and raised my own terrier mixes, including my senior dog, Annie who is 12. I have cared for neighbors’ dogs of all sizes. I’ve attended numerous training classes for my own dogs. I love being with dogs and will treat yours like family. I am a school teacher and have weekends and summers off. During the summer I have more availability, mornings, afternoons and evenings. During the school year I am available in the evenings and weekends. I have a small fenced in backyard. My little dog Annie gets along well with other dogs. I walk my her twice a day every day. I understand the importance of a routine, attention and playtime.

Wanda is in a nice neighborhood in Long beach which made us feel safe leaving our dog with her. She sent pictures throughout & her conversations made us feel she is very experienced with dogs & understands them. Our dog hasn’t been around other dogs so we really appreciated that she only takes 1 client at a time. She made extra effort to make our dog feel comfortable with Gidget as well. About: We have both had dogs almost all of our lives. We have experience with puppies, young dogs, middle aged dogs and seniors. Having recently lost our last one (a Malti-Tzu) at the age of 15, we have even more senior experience, including injections, picky eaters, giving meds (pills, drops, foams, sprays, etc). One of us is almost always home, so your dog/s will usually have someone there giving them love and attention. We live in a quiet neighborhood with good sidewalks to get some good sniffs and walks in too. Working from home gives us plenty of time with your dog. Occasionally we will need to go run errands or to an appointment, so your dog would not be alone long, if that happens to overlap. We get up somewhat early, between 6-7:30 am, and can walk your dog/s then, and as needed throughout the day, along with a longer daily walk if your pup needs it, and then an evening walk around 8:00 pm, or whatever your dogs needs are. We like to tailor our care to your dog’s needs, be it more active and wanting more play time and walks, or more downtime and cuddles. We have dog beds, dog bowls, and general dog supplies, and just enjoy being with them and making them happy…and maybe even a little spoiling :)

We have a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time and no other pets in the home, allowing us to focus on your dog’s individual needs. Our 10-year-old daughter has grown up around dogs and is gentle and respectful with them. Because I work from home, your dog will receive close supervision, regular potty breaks, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I’ll follow your dog’s routine as closely as possible and keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.

About: i’ve worked with animals over 6 years I have pets of my own so I know that we just want the best for them. I’ve worked with huge pets and small pets and even some with medical conditions so if they need to be accommodated just let me know I am currently working part time so I will be updating my schedule constantly but I will be available on weekdays and even weekends . I want your pet to feel like their in a familiar space so whatever you do to make them feel comfortable I will do my best to match that
