LOVING CARE WHEN YOU ARE NOT THERE.
My name is Laura, I live in a 4-bedroom house with a large, safe, tropical garden, easily to be reached between PCH and I 405 on Atlantic Ave. in Long Beach. I DO NOT RUN A DOG PARK. My working hours for “drop offs and pick ups” are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. I grew up with 4 dogs and a cat and have taken care of small and big dogs for over 30 years as a sitter and boarding provider. Over the last 12 years, I have build an excellent record with "Rover", and I am proud to be in the top Three in Long Beach. The pups I have in my care are my top priority, and their well being and safety is my primary concern. For me, treating your pup like my own is what I am all about and communication is extremely important. I will sent updates and pictures to keep your mind at ease. Please be rest assured that I will take great care of your pet with all my love, care, professionalism, enthusiasm to provide an excellent service to all my fury friends. I am 24/7 a Rover sitter who spends all my time nurturing, playing, and loving your pup. I invest my full time in working out what is best for both the pup and the pet parent. I take this job extremely serious! I work by periods of 24 hours starting the drop-off time. If the drop-off time will be in the morning, and the pick-up will be in the afternoon, I will add a day-care fee. I treat all the pups in my care as if they were my own. I love to baby them and even treat them as my own child, by sleeping with me. I am permanently at home, devoting all my time and love towards their care. I have a lot of fun playing with them, watching T.V., and comforting them like they are my own. I have a safe, and large fenced yard where the babies can play and get a lot of exercise. I also watch them while they are in the yard. The pets are allowed to go on my couch, play with toys, and run around the house. I play soft music for them, and dog tv. I want to mention that I charge the pups over 50 lbs the holiday rate.

Very good communication and sent pics each day. Was very kind and caring of my big dog, and made sure to ask many questions that shows she cares. Wonderful sitter and would book again.
Laura and her husband are wonderful! This was my second time having Hank watched with them and they took beyond excellent care of him. Wonderful and fast communication and sent me updates and pictures every day.
Laura was amazing! She took great care of our sweet elderly pup while we went on a cruise. Drop off and pickup was so smooth and Laura provided updates and pictures of our pup several times. I highly recommend Laura and I know Nola does too!
Laura was absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, she was incredibly communicative and made me feel comfortable leaving Mia in her care. She sent me pictures and updates without me ever having to ask, which meant so much to me and gave me so much peace of mind. The phone interview initially caught me by surprise, but after having it, I actually appreciated it even more. It showed me how seriously Laura takes caring for the dogs who stay with her and gave me an extra level of comfort before dropping Mia off. Laura and her husband were both so pleasant and welcoming, and their home was extremely clean and well cared for, both inside and outside One of the biggest things for me was finally finding someone who only watches one dog at a time. Mia can be dog reactive, so knowing she could stay somewhere without the stress of other dogs around was such a huge relief. I genuinely felt like I could finally exhale! I’m already looking forward to rebooking Laura for future day stays and eventually overnight stays. Finding someone you feel comfortable trusting with your dog is not easy, and I feel incredibly lucky to have found her. Laura is absolutely perfect, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone attentive, communicative, thoughtful, and trustworthy to care for their dog! ❤️🐾

Laura was great! She communicated regularly with us leading up to Lana’s first stay - and then provided updates and photos. It’s clear she is a true dog person who cares for yours as her own. We would not hesitate to use her again.

Schedule
The pets will have plenty of exercise in my safe yard ( during the day, of course) and inside the house they can jump and play on the couch . This is the only job I have and I dedicate all my love, attention and care to them. Their safety and well being are extremely important to me.

A typical day
I have a lot of fun with the pups in my care by playing fetch, tug of war, watching the news together, and teaching them a foreign language.
