Russell (my dog) likes to sleep and cuddle all day. If you know dachshunds then you know how it is. Whether your dog needs playtime, a walk or is a cuddle bug, I can ensure your pet stays happy and active during their stay. I will follow your specific feeding instructions and ensure your pet has plenty of fresh water and their favorite treats (if allowed). Any preferences and routines will be followed so that your pet (and you) feel safe and comfortable in my care. Want lots of updates? You got it! I work a flexible full-time schedule from my home where I can care for your pet and take breaks to walk and play with them. If your pet is more comfortable in their own home, I am available to sit them there as my daytime job is remote. I am tidy and leave every space the same (if not better) than when I entered. Your pet's comfort and safety are my top priority. Having grown up in a home where dogs of all sizes were cherished family members, I understand how to read a pet's needs and create a calm, secure environment. I've personally raised and trained my own dogs from puppyhood through their senior years, so I'm experienced in adapting care routines to each stage of life.
