They will customize the amount of updates you'd like to receive and they were definitely on point for us. When I picked Emma up today, she was happy to see me, but she was like, 'ahhh, good to see you, but I wouldn't mind staying a while longer!" She was more comfortable staying with Tyler and Patricia than she's ever been staying with anyone else before. They made her feel a part of their family! “Nicholas was great with our Ollie! We had a good meet and greet. They have a wonderful yard for sniffing and a system of gates to keep your puppy safe. We felt good about leaving our Ollie with Nicholas and Cora because they were obviously experienced dog owners. He asked good questions to make sure he was prepared for making sure Ollie was as comfortable as possible. Nicholas was very communicative and gave us good updates on Ollie. We did a meet and greet before Hershey's stay and we could tell that this was the perfect place for him while we had to go out of town. Katherine and John were the perfect dog sitters for my two little girls. Bella and Nola are very slow to getting to know new people. So with a few treats and a lot of patience, they won them over. It put me at ease knowing they had bonded and were enjoying each others company. I will definitely call them again when I need their services. They were great!
Yasmin (and Olivia) were excellent pet sitters. My 105 lb labrador retriever was looked after well. He was their priority during his stay. Yasmin kept him busy with walks and runs. He was so exhausted that he slept as soon as we got back home. Was the calmest I had ever seen him. I would definitely return as a customer. I highly recommend Yasmin for boarding needs.
My dog Crimson has been watched by Brittanie twice now! She is so kind, communicative, and always keeps me updated with pictures. I can tell my dog absolutely loves her and feels comfortable and happy staying with her. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he’s well cared for and excited to go back!

Irene was great with our pups! We would love for her to sit for them in the future. She shared updates while we were on our trip. She reviewed the care document, and knew how to set up their crates and put their complicated harnesses on. Our pups are high energy breeds and but they came home relaxed and content. When we went to pick them up Bone Thug ran back to give Irene a little pup love before leaving. That was the biggest sign of care and happiness to me.

We boarded our Dobby (dog) with Jo Tom during a family crisis. They treated him with the same level of love and care as they do their own. They sent daily pics and updates. Jamie was absolutely incredible with Harley. We were away for over two weeks, and I never once felt anxious or uncertain about her care. Jamie treated Harley like she was part of her own family, multiple walks a day, tons of love, cuddles, playtime, and thoughtful attention to her routines and quirks. We received consistent updates with photos and videos that clearly showed how happy, relaxed, and comfortable Harley was the entire time. Jamie was proactive, communicative, and genuinely invested in Harley’s wellbeing, from keeping her dry in the rain, to being mindful about treats, to making sure she felt safe and settled in the home. It was obvious how much Jamie (and her family) adored Harley, and that kind of care is priceless. Harley came home calm, happy, and clearly well-loved. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and will 100% be booking with Jamie again. Highly, highly recommend
