Cooper was walked twice a day, had belly rubs, play time & was even given his midnight snack. This is the first time using Rover and Corinne & Louis were the first sitters with great reviews to appear with availability. Had a meet & greet a couple weeks prior to drop off. We were so elated with them, the size of yard for Cooper to run around in even though he prefers to be indoors. They sent us pictures & kept us notified at least twice daily. Max and Zai were great with Emma! She is a senior dog who is paralyzed in her back legs and requires special care, including being in diapers and needing a wheelchair on walks. Katherine and John have been amazing at caring for our little fur baby! My partner and I have been caring for Mochi since she was 8 weeks old and this is only our second time leaving our baby with someone else. We were so worried about how she would react and whether she would eat, sleep, and play well. Turns out she did exceptionally well. We received daily pictures and updates about Mochi. Katherine made Mochi look so cute in every picture. Mochi came back to us looking very happy and refreshed. Mochi also came back to us much lighter than which was great because we were trying to help her to lose some weight. Overall, we are so pleased with our experience with Katherine and John. They are exceptional dog sitters and I would book with them over and over again! 100% highly recommend!
Left my dog there for a few days, came back a day earlier and was able to pick him up a day earlier too with no problem. Everything I jad packed for my dog was returned with no issues and the food I had packed too was nearly all gone so I can assume they were feeding him well. I got lots of pictures and I picked him up in the same conditions I dropped him off in. I did get a bit scared because of some of the reviews, but I had a good experience with Adrian will likely book with him again. Overall a good experience, maybe except the responses were a bit slow, but that wasn't really an issue.
