“Shannon was a wonderful caregiver for Dumbles! He is a bit of a handful—anxious around new people (pandemic puppy) and also still very feisty and full of energy. Shannon wasn't phased at all by my worries about Dumbles and it was clear from just meeting her that her low-key energy made Dumbles comfortable right away. Honestly, it was embarrassing how quickly he just headed off to her car with her without a second glance at us, haha! Shannon did a great job communicating with us and sending us photos of Dumbles looking happy with her - snuggling in her bed, asking for treats, going on walks, and generally looking very much at home with her. She was responsive to texts and Rover messages, and was very flexible with her time (we switched up to having her deliver him back to us rather than us picking him up and she was like "no problem!"). Mostly, it was clear that she loved having Dumbles, and Dumbles loved staying with her. We hope all of our dogsitters are as wonderful as Shannon. Thank you, Shannon! May we meet again!”

Kim and Matt were great to Jellybean and provided a lot of pictures and updates! Unfortunately Jellybean did not handle being in a new environment well, but it was no fault of Kim and Matt. They continued to provide a lot of walks, attention, and great care to Jellybean despite her unexpected behavior. I would highly recommend Kim and Matt to anyone looking for highly attentive and caring sitters! They are truly the nicest family and I feel absolutely terrible about Jellybean’s unexpected behavior with them. They handled her extremely well and I wish them the best of luck in their dog-sitting endeavors because they’re such wonderful people!
Shannon took care of our nearly 14-year-old chihuahua for a week while we were away on our babymoon, and I truly could not have asked for a better sitter. Our little guy requires lifelong medication twice a day and occasionally experiences seizure symptoms, so finding someone we could fully trust was incredibly important to us. Shannon was absolutely amazing. She stayed perfectly on schedule with his medications, took such great care of his feeding routine, and was very accommodating to all of our requests. She also sent us lots of updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. What impressed me most was how naturally she understood our chihuahua’s personality and needs almost immediately, without us having to explain much at all. It was clear that she genuinely cared for him and made him feel comfortable and loved. I’m so grateful we found Shannon, and she will absolutely be our go-to sitter in the future.
