“Jessica and her partner Fernando were awesome! We had to leave our fur baby for almost a month while overseas, and we interviewed a bunch of potential sitters. Since our pup is young, we specifically wanted a place with other friendly dogs. But our list of requirements is long: a place where we wouldn't have to worry about the dogs not getting along, or getting freaked out over the 4th of July fireworks, or getting lost at an off-leash dog park, or getting uncomfortably hot during a heatwave, or being left without people for too long, or not getting to eat her own food, etc. Meeting with Jessica and Fernando put us at ease and we knew that they would be the right fit for what we were looking for. They work from home, their apartment is spacious, has A/C and plenty of baby gates (to provide time out when needed). Their apartment complex even has a gated doggy park! And their neighborhood has lots of grassy sidewalks for walking, and a huge park nearby. They do take a few dogs at a time but not so many that they can't keep track of who's where and what's going on. They are both clearly dog lovers and know how to care for dogs. They are responsive and communicative, young and energetic, and just genuinely nice people. At the end when I went to pick up my pup, after the initial excitement of seeing me, she went back to them for a long moment, as to say thank you abd bye. It was very obvious that there was some true mutual affection there ♥️ Jessica and Feenando took such good care of our pup. They gave her her monthly flea and tick pill on schedule. We received photos and updates every couple of days, and we could see how much fun she was having playing with the other dogs and being out and about with her new friends. Jessica and Fernando will be our first choice next time when we are in a need of a dog sitter.”
“Catherine is truly one of a kind. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make my dog’s overnight stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. As a 13-year-old golden retriever, Nyoom can be a little slower, anxious, and more sensitive these days, but Catherine showed him such genuine care, patience, and tenderness—it honestly felt like she was treating him as one of her own. Her home was clean, calm, and perfectly set up to accommodate his needs, and she was incredibly thoughtful in keeping me updated with how he was doing. I could tell from the photos and messages that he felt safe, relaxed, and well-loved the entire time. It’s rare to find someone who offers both top-notch service and heartfelt care, but Catherine does it so effortlessly. We have found my dog's new second "home"!!! After our friend/dog sitter moved away, we were very nervous about finding someone new to watch our pup. She is 100% part of our family, and being a rescue and a sensitive personality, taking her to a traditional boarding place was out of the question. We found out that Lisa and Phil are actually in our neighborhood, and after doing a meet and greet, we knew we had found our new dog people. They asked all the right questions about her personality, her needs, and routines. It really felt like they wanted to know her and be able to help her transition. Lisa treated our dog as if she was her own. She took her on walks to school every morning, played with her at home, and loved her for us while we were gone. She even slept on the couch the first night to be near by when my dog wanted to stay in the living room! I can't begin to explain the relief I had when I realized what an amazing family we had found to watch our dog. Lisa sent updates, photos and videos often and was overall just the best pet sitter we could ever have asked for. She was very communicative. If I could leave her and Phil 100 stars, I would! Sabrina and Ryan were so great with Bodie! Right off the bat you could tell that they're truly dog people and that Bodie was immediately welcomed into their home and family. They kept us updated with pictures and videos which really gave us peace of mind while we were away. They were also extremely understanding and accommodating when we had to unexpectedly extend our trip by a day, which I'm sure Bodie appreciated because he was clearly having a blast on his own vacation. I couldn't recommend them enough!
We were very nervous leaving our puppy for the first time since she is only six months old, but she came back looking so comfortable and well cared for. Heather did a wonderful job of taking care of both of our fur babies (cat and dog). She went out of her way to bring the dog for the cat visits so the our cat can play with and have the company of our dog. She also spent time playing with both of our animals. I found Heather to be extremely responsive answering questions and sending pictures. She also showed us a better way to give our cat his meds and took the time to send us a video. We will definitely have Heather as our go to for both of our fur babies because we know when Heather is taking care of them, they are in the best hands possible!
