“I was very nervous to leave my little Frankie but Michael and Lara were so kind to me as I entered their beautiful spacious home in Rossmore ! Michael was very kind and I think he sensed I was a bit sad to leave her. I forgot to bring snacks for Frankie and Michael said "all ok" he had some to share. He took Frankie for walks and even sent me pictures of her sleeping, playing, and even relaxing on his daughter's lap. They were considerate to carry out the crate for me and put it into the car. I was deeply hurting as my husband of 55 years had died and I had much to do to to manage all the after death things needed. Frankie needed to be where she was cared for and not just "in the way". I will be using them again and I highly recommend them to others.”
