We had Dulce care for our dogs, Sam and Banana, for 6 days while we were out of town. Normally I dread having to leave them because I am with them all day every day and it is very hard on them to be away from us. I was very happy to see that they took to Dulce right away and they felt comfortable with her immediately. Dulce is obviously a dog person and truly cares about their well being, I have no problem at all leaving my puppies with Dulce for any amount of time in the future. They were very well taken care of and very happy the entire time.
This was my first time using Rover and let me tell you that Alvaro made this a great experience! He kept me up to date with pictures and was quick with his response time. Ruby had a great time and if I’m ever back in area I will definitely be looking up Alvaro again.

As a sitter myself, I have pretty high standards when it comes to the care of my dogs, so finding someone I trusted, especially on such short notice, was a big deal. This was also Major’s first time staying with someone who wasn’t family or a close friend, so we were a little nervous about how he would do. We brought Major with us to Disneyland and stayed at a dog-friendly hotel. We have four other dogs at home staying with a friend, but Major is a bit of a loner, so we thought he might enjoy a little break from his brothers. Unfortunately, he was NOT a fan of being left alone in the hotel. 😅 We were super stressed because we had a much longer day at Disneyland planned for the following day. We messaged a ton of people, and thankfully, Aidee got back to us. She was immediately so sweet, kind, and accommodating. She agreed to watch Major for us for the entire day, from 10 AM until 12:30 AM, while we attended an event at Disneyland. From the moment we dropped him off, we felt so much better. Aidee sent us tons of pictures throughout the day, and Major looked SO happy! 🥹 She had a cozy bed all set up for him, took him on multiple walks, let him spend time with her in her beautiful yard, and even did an adorable little photo shoot with him wearing a fall bandana🍂 It was such a relief to enjoy our day without constantly worrying about whether Major was okay. When we came to pick him up, he was so comfortable with her, he was even leaning against her before we left! That honestly said everything to me. She had everything ready and waiting for us at pickup, and the entire experience was phenomenal from beginning to end. Thank you SO much, Aidee! You truly saved our Disneyland day and gave us complete peace of mind knowing Major was safe, happy, and loved while we were gone. We couldn’t have asked for a better last-minute sitter, and we would absolutely trust her with Major again! ❤️🐾
Maya is an amazing pet sitter! I was a bit worried since Walter is a senior dog and it was my first time leaving him, but I had absolutely nothing to be worried about. She kept me updated on his eating schedule and sent me photos frequently. I loved the communication and I can't wait to book her again. I appreciate the dedication and how much she treats Walter just like her own.
Chris was awesome! We had never boarded Kingston with anyone before, only at pet hotel and we definitely will not be taking him to the pet hotels again. Chris gave us numerous updates and provided pictures and videos which were great. Kingston looked happy and right at home which is what we wanted. Would definitely recommend and will be using Chris again.
Finding Lisa was a huge blessing! My dog was instantly comfortable with Lisa and her husband and happily went with them. Lisa provided updates and photos throughout the stay and kept to my dog's normal routine. She was very, very happy and relaxed with Lisa and appreciated all the love, cuddles and play time. Fumihiko and his family were absolutely amazing. You can genuinely tell how much they love and care for dogs. Their kids were so sweet and adorable, and Korra looked so happy and comfortable the entire stay. We received updates after every meal, every walk, and throughout the day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Communication was incredible from start to finish. They were also super responsive and accommodated our Rover request very last minute, which we appreciated more than they know. It honestly felt like Korra was staying with family instead of just being boarded. We would 100% trust them again and will absolutely be bringing her back the next time we travel.
