Maya is an amazing pet sitter! I was a bit worried since Walter is a senior dog and it was my first time leaving him, but I had absolutely nothing to be worried about. Chris was awesome! We had never boarded Kingston with anyone before, only at pet hotel and we definitely will not be taking him to the pet hotels again. Chris gave us numerous updates and provided pictures and videos which were great. Kingston looked happy and right at home which is what we wanted. Finding Lisa was a huge blessing! My dog was instantly comfortable with Lisa and her husband and happily went with them. Fumihiko and his family were absolutely amazing. You can genuinely tell how much they love and care for dogs. Their kids were so sweet and adorable, and Korra looked so happy and comfortable the entire stay. We received updates after every meal, every walk, and throughout the day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Communication was incredible from start to finish. They were also super responsive and accommodated our Rover request very last minute, which we appreciated more than they know. It honestly felt like Korra was staying with family instead of just being boarded. We would 100% trust them again and will absolutely be bringing her back the next time we travel.
