Dubele and her daughter, Van were incredibly communicative, kind, and patient with me from first contact all the way to picking my cats up at the end of the booking. This was Mochi’s second long stay with Alicyn and Alex and he had such a wonderful time. We got daily updates to let us know how Mochi was doing with a ton of photos and any milestones. He also got to go on many walks throughout the day, sunbathe, and also go out on a number of adventures. We always appreciate that Alicyn and Alex treat our pup like their own and also being really patient with him as his first week he was being a bit of a picky eater. We would highly recommend and trust anyone with their pet with Alicyn and Alex!
