It was my first time leaving them so I was a little nervous, but Catherine did a great job at making them feel comfortable in her home and they had an awesome time. This was our first time using Rover and we were very nervous about it, as anyone is. Will they be able to make my pet comfortable? Will they be able to keep up with all of my pets quirks? Will I trust they can care for my pet in an emergency? All things we ask ourselves - and all things I knew I could trust Sarina to do. Despite our reservation being last minute Sarina made time to do a meet and greet to make sure we were all confident before booking. She was communicative, flexible, and you can tell she has a genuine love for animals. My anti-social Shiba was comfortable enough to cuddle with Sarina in bed and let her wrap her up like a baby. Not an easy ask of a Shiba. We would 100% use Sarina again.
Shelly and Jonathan took great care of my dog, Maru. They took him on car rides and spent time with him. Their dog was also nice to my dog. They also updated me with a few pictures per day which was very reassuring. Great communication and responded fast to any questions I had. I had zero worries while traveling and would highly recommend them as your dog sitter.
Ziqi is amazing she always goes above and beyond. She sends lots of photo updates, has scheduling flexibility, has helped with feeding daily medication, applying ear ointment, and use training tools. I can tell Peludo enjoys staying with her if he has to be away from home. I feel at ease knowing Peludo is in excellent care while with Ziqi.
Jess is absolutely wonderful with Merlin! Merlin is always so excited to see her and usually runs straight into her home when we arrive, which tells me everything I need to know about how comfortable and happy she feels there. 😊 I also really appreciate that Merlin always comes home happy, relaxed, and completely herself. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing she’s somewhere she genuinely enjoys being and with someone I trust to take great care of her. We’re so grateful for Jess and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, caring sitter!
Jaliyah was able to watch our 3 pets on very short notice. She was very kind and communicative. When we came to pick up our pets they all seemed happy and relaxed. Our dog had a few pee accidents but Jaliyah was completely understanding of it. Jaliyah also had all of our stuff gathered and ready to go when we came to pick them up which I appreciate. She did send a few pics and updates… only feedback I have is she could have sent a few more and let us know how they were doing more frequently. I really didn’t mind though because we were at disneyland. I would definitely recommend her to watch your pets!!

Olivia was super communicative and sent pictures and videos of my dog throughout the 2 day stay which was much appreciated. My dog came back home tuckered out and immediately took a nap so I know she had a great time. Planning to use Olivia as my go-to sitter next time I’m out of town!
We had Dulce care for our dogs, Sam and Banana, for 6 days while we were out of town. Normally I dread having to leave them because I am with them all day every day and it is very hard on them to be away from us. I was very happy to see that they took to Dulce right away and they felt comfortable with her immediately. Dulce is obviously a dog person and truly cares about their well being, I have no problem at all leaving my puppies with Dulce for any amount of time in the future. They were very well taken care of and very happy the entire time.
Harper was wonderful with Ember! Ember had a great time during her long stay, and we felt very comfortable knowing she was in such good hands. Communication was excellent throughout the stay, and we really appreciated all the regular updates and photos. We would absolutely recommend Harper and would be happy to have her watch Ember again!
We had such a wonderful experience with Alicyn! This was Rocky’s very first time being away from us, so naturally we were a little nervous. From the moment we dropped him off, Alicyn kept us updated throughout the day with plenty of photos and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind. She was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive, allowing Rocky to adjust and become comfortable. Alicyn and her husband, Alex, were both so friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated the care and attention they gave Rocky.
