About: While I’m new to Rover, I’ve been caring for pets and homes for over 15 years. I have experience with dogs, cats, senior pets, medication administration, and multi-pet households. I’m excited to bring that experience to Rover and build lasting relationships with local pet families. (: FUN FACT: I have the same birthday as Caesar Milan, so I’m kinda like a dog whisperer 🤪 I’m a housewife with no pets or children of my own. I do theater every now and then but overall my schedule is wide open and ready to share the love and care necessary for your furry companion. I’m not sure why Rover says I don’t allow animals on the furniture. I don’t mind unless it’s a rule within your home to keep them down (: I will honor all of your wishes with caring for your loved one and treat them as if they were my own. I have a fenced backyard and safe neighborhood for walks. Your furry friends will be protected and their comfort is always going to be top priority whether in your home or mine. (:

She is, without a doubt, the most responsible, professional, and thoughtful house and pet sitter we have ever used. We recently faced a stressful situation entirely due to a mistake on my part: I accidentally booked her to end a day before we actually returned home. Because she had another commitment, she couldn't stay the extra day. While I was frantically searching from afar for a backup sitter to cover the gap, Kirsten completely stepped up to handle the logistics and ease my panic. She volunteered to stay at the house as late as she possibly could to ensure our pets were cared for. Not only that, but she also offered to personally meet the new backup sitter, handing everything over and bringing her up to speed so the transition was seamless. To top it all off, she went out of her way to wash the sheets and remake the bed for the incoming sitter, emptied all the trash, and left the house in pristine condition. What a relief it was to me when she stepped up! Nothing could have totally eliminated my stress, but her level of care, kindness, and maturity mitigated what could have been a disaster. It is simply not enough to say that I recommend her highly - she deserves a more glowing review than anything I could possibly write.”

About: I've had dogs and cats my entire life. I pet sit frequently and can give your fur baby the love they need while you are away. I work full time so I'm available before 8 am and after 5:45 pm. Monday through Friday. I'm available all day long Saturday and Sunday. I will visit your house at the agreed upon time and feed, dose, play with your pet so they feel loved and cared for while you are away.
