He send us updates and pictures daily, unfortunately one of my dogs had a hard time warming up to him (rescue with trauma issues) but Roberts kept trying many different ways to connect and communicated via chat things he tried and other ideas to try to get her to come around. “We were nervous to leave our dog with someone because our dog has a lot of special needs (she can get really anxious and show some aggression towards other dogs on walks…something we’re working on!) but Brittany eased our minds and did a fantastic job watching her! She sent us updates and photos and made us feel comfortable being away from our pup. We loved that we got to meet Brittany before the stay so she could meet our dog and learn our routine, and she did a great job with everything from walks, to cuddle time, to giving our dog her medication.
