“Chelsea and Richard came to my hotel to watch my nervous Weimaraner, Charlie, who howls the entire time he is alone, doesn’t like elevators and is scared of his own shadow. They were very communicative from the beginning. While I was away they sent me pictures of his doggy vacay throughout the day! I felt very comfortable with them both. I had a change of plans on one day but they rolled right along with it stopping by a couple times during the day and helped me out by taking Charlie out because my Mother in Law would not have been able to handle it alone. I have them booked for 2 more days this week and don’t feel a bit of the anxiety that I usually feel leaving my dog for any amount of time. They are very nice people AND they met at Disneyland where they both used to work!❤️ So cool! If you are hesitant to book- rest assured Chelsea and Richard will take care of your dog(s) and allow you to enjoy your time away without the worry! I can’t wait enough kind words about Michelle’s. Our boy Rocco is already missing her and it’s only been one day. Her daily check-ins and photos were always wonderful and helped alleviate any stresses while we were away. Kelsey truly went above and beyond while watching my baby girl Lily! She had no issues with administering Lily’s medications and vitamins! She sent plenty of pictures and I booked her for overnights and she was very respectful of the space! She treated Lily just as her own and I would definitely have her again watching over my heart on four paws! Thank you Kelsey!

After I met Jada in a brief meet and greet, I noticed the dogs liked her. They seemed to listen to her. I felt comfortable with that. Then after the 2-day house, dog care days, dogs were well cared for and relaxed; the house was clean. Jada was punctual to our meetings or scheduled appointments. She is personable, articulate and reports recently graduating from college. I highly recommend her to any prospective pet parents.
