Huayu and her husband were AMAZING! They are less than a mile from me and were extremely reliable when I needed someone quickly! They sent me pics and videos of my dog every day. I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely trust them with Johnny again. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. They took the time to arrange a meet and greet, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable leaving Johnny in their care. Throughout his stay, I received regular updates and photos, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. Johnny had a couple of accidents adjusting to a new environment, but they handled everything with kindness, patience, and understanding. They paid attention to his individual needs, let him out more frequently, and even took the time to clean him up and make sure he was comfortable. It was clear they genuinely cared about his well-being. I especially appreciated all the little details they shared about his day, from his walks and trips to the park to him lounging around. It was obvious that Johnny was getting lots of attention, affection, and companionship. Overall, they were caring, communicative, and professional, and I could tell Johnny was in good hands. Judit really did a great job taking care of Dexter. He was shy of course very abuse it was his first time with her but he opened up and was being super goofy. Judit sent me videos and pictures everyday which I really appreciated. This was our third time boarding with Anthony, and it just keeps getting better. Each time our dog stays with him, she seems to enjoy it even more. Tess was absolutely amazing while taking care of my dog, Ralph, for 7 nights! From the moment we connected, she was professional, warm, and clearly passionate about what she does.
