“Bernard & Hung took great care of Mintz and Marshmallow. They were kind, communicative, and flexible with pick-up and drop-off times, which I really appreciated. They kept me updated throughout the day, including when one of the dogs had a minor accident—they handled it with care and reassured me. By the second day, both dogs were visibly happier, more energetic, and eating well again. Their space was clean, peaceful, and dog-friendly, with a lovely garden area. The photos they shared made it clear the dogs were comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend and would definitely book again when we’re back in the area!”

“Diana is absolutely amazing and so sweet. Our babies loved her and we know they did because they weren’t stressed at all when we picked them up. Usually after staying at dog hotels our dogs would be so uncomfortable and upset with us. With Diana they were so happy. Diana’s care was like home away from home with them. Claudia did an amazing job taking care of our puppy! It was our first time using rover and it was a last minute stay but Claudia made us feel so comfortable by sending lots of pictures and videos. We could tell our puppy was in good hands and was having a blast over there! Highly recommend!
Bernard and Hung were able to accommodate us on pretty short notice (two days before) after our previous plan for our senior dog Alice fell through, and I'm so glad they did because she looked to be having a much better time with them than the place we used to send her! I could tell from the questions they asked when first setting up Alice's stay that they were used to caring for older dogs, and while our girl doesn't extra assistance for anything other than getting off furniture, it was reassuring to know they were well equipped if she did. They were also very flexible about accommodating schedule changes, which was a godsend because we met several long flight delays and even planning around that ended up picking Alice up later than planned. Thanks to the daily updates, it was clear to see she had a much better weekend out than we did! We'll definitely be trusting them with her in the future!
Finding Lisa was a huge blessing! My dog was instantly comfortable with Lisa and her husband and happily went with them. Lisa provided updates and photos throughout the stay and kept to my dog's normal routine. She was very, very happy and relaxed with Lisa and appreciated all the love, cuddles and play time. Michelle was the BEST! We were looking for someone who could provide personalized, loving care for our 14-year old puppy, and we made the best choice by picking Michelle. She ensured that he was fed, medication was taken on time, and the he received all the cuddles. Michelle went above and beyond, communicating with us throughout our trip, sending pictures and videos of our dog. Shruti is so kind and comforting. We were traveling from Colorado and on the 5th day of our trip and our dog was nervous and uncertain on our drive over. As soon as he entered Shrutis yard his whole body relaxed. He explored her yard and let himself in the dog door and immediately befriended their sweet dog Moe. We felt so comfortable leaving him with Shrutie and were able to enjoy a day at Disneyland knowing he was in good hands. When we picked him up he had clearly had a wonderful day. We absolutely recommend Shrutie and Harsh and will book with them again when visiting Anaheim.
Fumihiko and his family were absolutely amazing. You can genuinely tell how much they love and care for dogs. Their kids were so sweet and adorable, and Korra looked so happy and comfortable the entire stay. We received updates after every meal, every walk, and throughout the day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Communication was incredible from start to finish. They were also super responsive and accommodated our Rover request very last minute, which we appreciated more than they know. It honestly felt like Korra was staying with family instead of just being boarded. We would 100% trust them again and will absolutely be bringing her back the next time we travel. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for kind, attentive, and reliable sitters. Five stars all the way.
